This is Makurdi Benue State, Nigeria

Benue State is one of the North Central states in Nigeria with a population of about 4,253,641 in the 2006 census. The state was created in 1976 among the 7 states created at that time. The state derives its name from the Benue River which is the second largest river in Nigeria.

Makurdi is such a sleeper city in Nigeria, its a shame. The day l saw an Indian running a hotel in makurdi got me wondering, why doesn't Nigerians talk about makurdi city more? Seems like Nigerians are more interested in showing the world the negative side, which by the way exist in every country, instead of the good. The newly constructed roads, the bridges, the beautiful parts of the country etc instead of telling us the negative. I don't necessarily see lagos as a good representation of Nigeria internationally there are alot more sane, traffic free cities in nigeria than lagos.l just pray Nigeria find peace, makurdi/benue is a state to look into.... Thank you.

It's a balance Media, lots of the good sides of Nigeria is shown on this Channel and other channel run by Nigerians. If you find any channel showing only the negative part of Nigeria, it's mostly not owned by Nigerians.
