@@The_Modern_Nomads what they did is record the poses with live action and used AI to convert it into anime frame by frame. They had to train their own AI but it eventually turned out great!

Ai rotoscope with a consistent style is crazy. Once this is fully developed you could make an anime out of any piece of media. Or animators could us this to help animate their stories. It’s bout to get crazy

Currently I can't see the AI being able to animate characters with a different structure to normal humans, like cartoon characters or stylized anime characters. This technology is incredible for more psuedo-realistic animations though

AI is insane.

It's live action short film with A.I. diffusion to change style. Good enough for people who can't draw but wanna do anime shorts
