This area looks so beutuiful, but the only thing missing here is a proper retail-consumption integration across multiple buildings on ground floors. There should be upmarket brand outlets, cafes, restros, some small essential shops & convenience stores. The overdone walls & security gates are restricting many posh areas of Indian cities from converting into truly a downtown business district.

Haan flooding hui lekin woh 1982 ke baad highest rainfall hui tab hui aur kuch construction kaam chal rha tha jiski wajah se drainage block ho gya. Gurugram ek acchi city hai. Gurugram Infact India ki sabsi ameer city hai with a gdp per capita of above ₹7 Lakh. Mumbai se zyaada ameer hai Gurugram per person. North India ki sabsi fastest growing city, sabse zyaada FDI attract krne wali city, sabse zyaada Gdp per capita, sabse zyaada IT industry, jobs, IT Exports krni wali city hai. Abhi China mein bhi pichle 140 saalo mein sabse zyaada baarish hui to abhi poore northern China ki watt lagi hui hai jabki China ka infrastructure duniya mein sabse best mana jaata hai even better than some western countries. So tum fir Beijing, Shanghai ko bhi aise hi bologe?? India needs more and more cities like Gurugram. South/West India kyu develop hai zyaada?? Becoz they have cities like Mumbai, Pune, hyderabad, Chennai, Bangalore, hyderabad, Vizag, Coimbatore, Ahmedabad, Surat etc. North India mein sirf Delhi, Noida aur Gurugram ke uper poore 60 Crore logo ka boj hai. So India needs more and more cities like Gurugram.

Two wheelrs aur e riksaw ke liye alag lane honi chahiye hi. Lane ki proper marking bhi nhi h Etc. Nothing special.

Nothing special. No lane mark, no wide foot path. People are walking on the streets which are dusty and the drivers are continuing blowing their horns while driving. Please have a look in any European city or even in China which is 100x better
