This is how I transition: 1. Lose first 2 rounds, because I can never get items or build any tier two unit. 2. Somehow win third round, which breaks my loss streak and not allows me to be first pick on the carousel. 3. Lose some more rounds. 4. Watch black screen, because my garbage laptop shuts down. 5. Break something out of anger. 6. Spend 5-7 minutes to reconnect. 7. Find out that I'm at 10 hp and 60-70 gold. 8. Spend all my gold to buy tier 2 Draver and few tanks. 9. Put all my items on Draven. 10. Finish top 4.

Actually, I guarantee you that it's the other way around based on how they actually play but you're correct in how they see themselves. Toast has 'layers of logic' and is a genuine genius of gaming, he is like the Dopa of turn-based gaming. Scarra is a highly on-his-feet thinking player who processes the logic well but focuses more on particularly unusual and broken playstyles of any given meta. He adapts much faster than Toast to new builds etc, it's just he appears more stressed as Toast masks it well. If you were to put Scarra and Toast into a situation where they they had to either rely on an old style and use it well or use a new playstyle that they are fairly sure they can pull off, I genuinely think it would actually be Scarra who went for the new one and pulled it off anyway and Toast who played the old one very well. Examples of the pattern I describe are in how they adapted to their respective (LoL for Scarra, Hearthstone for DT) metas and the games they excelled in. You will find Scarra is truly in his element in cutthroat situations where it requires a Faker-esque play to get out. This is also evident in this video alone because Scarra was multi-tasking putting only like 60% of his brainpower into that game, Toast was entirely focused on it. This is because Scarra is simply very fast to comprehend and invent but Toast was actually thinking very, very deep (even into how Scarra was thinking) trying to probe Scarra for ideas by gauging his anger. He also wanted to poke information out of Scarra regarding if you get mana from missed hits on yordles etc and feigned knowing things or thinking things he didn't necessarily know or think, consistently throughout the game. This is not to say that Scarra isn't logical but I do see him as a very creative player who is only fully engaged when needing to create whereas Toast can play boring but make it extremely impressive anyway.

There were several times when Scarra was on the verge of a mental breakdown.

Glad I clicked on this one even though I have literally no knowledge of this game in the slightest. Remembered them roasting the hearthstone gear from blizzcon and I wasn't disappointed lol.

We need more of this!!! Holy shit, I have not laughed this in hard in a long time.

I love this duo. Scarra is great and the way Toast trolls him makes it even better.

I love both of these guys for different reasons, Scarra is the semi serious player that teaches you how to play and Toast just puts units in he finds fun. See these two playstyles clash is probably the best thing I've seen in TFT in awhile.

The items that build out of spatula will always auto unequip if built into a champion that already has the same class.

You can't put a class-changing item on a champion already belong to that class, i.e. can't put Yuumi on a sorcerer as in this video, the item is then automatically removed from that champion. That's how they took it off.

Karthus is already a sorcerer, yuumi makes you a sorcerer, it does nothing on karth so it gets unequipped

Surprised Scarra was saying Red Buff doesn't build well into anything other than Gunslingers. Its a decent item for a Volibear with a Glacial team. Volibear's ultimate chains lightning across nearby enemy teams and applies on-hit effects.

That item combination made a yuumi, which makes the wearer a sorcerer. Karthus is already a sorcerer so the item will be put back to your bench.

Karthus is a sorcerer, so he can't wear Yuumi's - Class items are the only way to pop out

That was because kharthus already is a sorcerer, therefore he cant use the "become a sorcerer" buff and it pops out Same if you would put knights vow on a knight or "become a demon" on a demon
