Thank you Brendon .. a much needed inspiration just as I'm recalibrating my daily swimming that I love after a move that was difficult and exhausting and messed up my routine .. im restarting this morning after my journal. Bless you.
Fab, Brendon, thanks! such inspiring energy and clear advise. Loving the Deliberate Habit, Recalibrate (physically and mentally), then quick-journal Intended Actions - then boom! off again. And the continuous improvement mindset. You are such an instrument of positive change, Brendon, thank you! x now I need to go do this in a deliberate manner rather than my ADHD freewheeling.
