I'm so happy for you!! I have been depressed so long it usually feels like the only feeling I ever have. However the Word and these affirmations tell me I can be free of this and so many other things if I just believe in the Word of God. I'm restarting my faith and asking God to change my heart and the rest will follow!!🌻🌻🌻

Right!! Me too. I'm feeling free like a great weight has been lifted off me. I've found comfort falling asleep listen to prayers there are ones that are 2 or 3 hours long. It's so comforting and relaxing. Good luck to you . Blessings

I used to feel the same.. always thinking about all of the mistakes I’ve made and the things I could have done differently but doting on those things didn’t make me feel good! I stopped looking back at my mistakes and I moved on! There’s still now! For anyone reading this don’t look back! Keep pushing your best is yet to come.

I never really thought about how much words matter. Many times, I speak without thinking, I write a comment without giving it any proper thought, it's a habit. Not a good one. I need to pay more attention to my words. Thank you for reminding me of that!

I have been saying twenty minutes of empowering affirmations three times a day for 18 months. In the beginning it felt fake. Over time I gradually came to believe them as I religiously recited them and blocked out all negative and contrary thoughts. The end result..............my life has changed beyond anything I could have possibly imagined. It really works ! ! ! ✔️

I am so very grateful for learning this. It took years of my life, severe depression, feeling like I had NOTHING to live for and wanting to die so bad I had put the barrel of a pistol in my mouth multiple times within weeks but feeling too cowardly to pull the trigger before i dropped to my knees n whole heartedly pleaded with God for help. And then it was revealed to me that I was in control and I was responsible for all my made up "problems". And then piece by piece the knowledge was fed to me, the truth of the universe, the magical ways of this beautiful world, and the power I have over my own life. I once was blind but now I see and I've never felt so blessed and happy in my entire life and realizing that I am a warrior and that my perseverance and determination through so much pain and adversity has finally won. It was never for nothing and it all paid off. I am forever grateful and count my blessing every day
