I don’t know in other countries by here in mine this method is illegal, you can’t arrest someone based on a crime that you contributed to happen. Like giving drug to someone and then arresting her for drug dealing.

Should try this again but use a non working phone and leave half of it in a bag of ink. When they grab it they get inked!

How to protect yourself from pickpockets: Bring a pepper spray with you in case for any pickpockets using force towards you, or a stun gun, tazer, anything like a baton anything that restricts the pickpocket from stealing. Dont put your backpack behind you, it makes you vulnerable without your sight. Dont go to crowded areas, pickpockets like to go there since it covers them from the crowd giving them advantage over you. Bring a friend with you in case if the pickpockets are a few people.

Happened to me someone bumped me when I was about to order and stole my wallet before my board exam super awful and I was so distraught…. God I hope bad people like that go to jail. I wasn’t wealthy by any means and had to work hard for a scholarship just to afford college
