Although the Ford, Aston Martin and Lambo in this Pack are cool, but ultimately 5-Packs aren't my thing coz it's simply not worth Purchasing a 5-Pack just for 1-2 nice cars in it!! 👍🏻 Like 6, FULL WATCH 👍🏻

The fantasy cars in these 5 packs are really annoying for collectors. I usually only buy them if there are at least 3 models I really like to have. The Fast & Furious 5-pack is also something I also hope to still get in my hands.

I don't know why the hell they keep fantasy castings when they already have a lot of five packs that has junk of crap fantasy castings...i just don't understand..😒😒😒🙄🙄🙄🙄

@@keshavhotwheelscollection probably cost saving - fantasy models mean no license fees. So every sold fantasy model means to push up their margins.

Normally i hate when fantasy cars gets a lot of hate but the points you have said are quite true. Nowadays fantasy cars are not as good as they were back in the day. I think for this 5 pack they had to put for varioua marketing reasons. Prob you should get those other 5 packs like the Nissan 5 pack.

Simple answer: licenced cars cost money in fees and are less profitable for Mattel. Fantasy cars help the bottom line. I'm with you in your opinion, Motor Show, NightBurnerz and HW Flames are very special sets to me, and to have fantasy cars in them reduces the value. We should be happy that overall, mainline prices have resisted the influence of inflation for so long, and are still a decent value now at least in the US.

I'm not in the US...and here a five pack of such pathetic quality is costing 11 to 12 dollars...so why to waste money by paying this much..a Mini GT is a good option at least they are worthy for the price... basically these five packs are also a repeats or recolors of the same same cars they release But when you see Mbx five packs mattel releases decent five cars than hotwheels and MbX has no fantasy casting i guess Hotwheels Five packs already have some fantasy castings sets that are just meant for kids my question is why are they unnecessary including a fantasy casting in a genuine licensed motor show five pack...yes mattel never forced anyone to buy their products but imagine serious collectors buying them and not getting the cars they wanted and the catch is if you skip this five pack somebody else will buy and the cars that were there in those won't come for a long time in their basic release... hope this made sense

The same goes for exotic 5 packs. If i think of exotic cars, i think of Lamborghinis, aston martins, porsches, McLarens or Bugattis... But hot wheels will always add a fantasy car which we don't want but buy it because of other good cars. Same for 3 packs, in 3 packs only 1 car is worthy and rest two are not.
