The ethnic chakmas living outside cadc within Mizoram are the worst sufferer then elsewhere in the Indian subcontinent with no well connected roadways or other modes of transportation, the only means of transportation is by foot or waterways . I wonders how come, the CADC could not have made, that much of infrastructure development , the way the rest could have done since 1972 .
