This Is How Canada Convinced You To Eat Engine Lubricant

Фильм және анимация

Here's the history of Canola oil…
If you can't get fresh heart & liver in your diet, try our 100% grass-fed desiccated beef organs at Heart & Soil: shop.heartandsoil.co/products...
I believe that seed oils are one of the most significant causes of chronic diseases today…
Many human studies have shown how these oils can cause inflammation (increased LpPLA2, Lp (a), increased OxLDL, increased OXLAMS, increased HODEs, linked to headaches, macular degeneration, cooking fumes linked to lung cancers) and increase heart disease risk…
Evolutionarily, we would have never eaten this amount of linoleic acid in our diets…
Humans have evolved and thrived for hundreds of thousands of years eating animal fats…
Avoiding seed oils and prioritizing animal fats is vital to radical health…
It's always meat / organs / fruit / honey / raw dairy…
This is an ANIMAL-BASED diet, and I believe this is the most optimal diet for humans on the planet...
Check out my ANIMAL-BASED CALCULATOR here: www.paulsaladinomd.co/ab-guid...

Scientific studies have shown butter today does not have the same health benefits that butter had 60 years ago before the rise of the beef feedlots. We live in country Western Australia. Canola/rapeseed crops are replacing wheat crops. Last year we moved to the bush/farmland areas. Once again, I had bad hayfever like symptoms while the canola was in the paddocks. Once it was all harvested, the symptoms suddenly disappeared. Overnight. I've never had hayfever as such, but around wheat growing season for the past 15-16 years I get hit with these symptoms. They started after I got some spray drift from a crop duster plane that was spraying across the road at the time. We've moved a lot around town in the in between, but being the town that it is, everything is in the air. There is more to this plant than people realise.

I had a really cool job driving across Canada. There were and probably still are places where it grows all the way to the horizon on both sides of the road. It's sort of a pretty plant. I was talking to a farmer whose canola field was accidentally flooded with crude oil. The oil company paid him full price for his crop and the full real estate value of his land, which he was allowed to keep. They also attempted to clean it up. The next year he decided to plant canola on the same land. To his surprise it grew almost twice the yield per acre as the rest of his farm.

The olive oil was a natural laxative, and the water helped move it along. During biblical times, it was an antiseptic ( still is in a pinch ). Sometimes i still use olive oil to cook my eggs. This is a blanket statement. Canola oils are processed and refined. But seed oils have been used since probably the beginning of time. It’s what processes is used. Seeds like sunflower, or nuts like peanuts and coconuts if they are cold pressed and not processed with chemicals still retain their oleics. So to says a blanket statement seed oils are not good is rather incorrect. What it comes down to is the method of processing.

I grew up in the 60's and we had very few fat kids in school. So with agriculture the amount of omega-6 oil in diet went up. Then in 1890 it went up a lot. Don't blame it all on Canada, in the 80s they had a lotof pressure from Cargill and ADM to test , refine the growing and marketing . I was there , so a lttle bit more research would be pertenent . Take care now .👃🏿

It's far better than seed oils but I don't use it- prefer butter and tallow for my fats/oils. I wouldn't heat olive oil, but if you want something to put on your salad (haha) a truly high quality EVOO that's organic works better than butter. For the record, I still don't eat salad.
