This Is How Canada Convinced You To Eat Engine Lubricant

Here's the history of Canola oil…
If you can't get fresh heart & liver in your diet, try our 100% grass-fed desiccated beef organs at Heart & Soil: shop.heartandsoil.co/products...
I believe that seed oils are one of the most significant causes of chronic diseases today…
Many human studies have shown how these oils can cause inflammation (increased LpPLA2, Lp (a), increased OxLDL, increased OXLAMS, increased HODEs, linked to headaches, macular degeneration, cooking fumes linked to lung cancers) and increase heart disease risk…
Evolutionarily, we would have never eaten this amount of linoleic acid in our diets…
Humans have evolved and thrived for hundreds of thousands of years eating animal fats…
Avoiding seed oils and prioritizing animal fats is vital to radical health…
It's always meat / organs / fruit / honey / raw dairy…
This is an ANIMAL-BASED diet, and I believe this is the most optimal diet for humans on the planet...

Beef butter bacon and eggs. Sick of being sick?
We live in country Western Australia. Canola/rapeseed crops are replacing wheat crops. Last year we moved to the bush/farmland areas. Once again, I had bad hayfever like symptoms while the canola was in the paddocks. Once it was all harvested, the symptoms suddenly disappeared. Overnight. I've never had hayfever as such, but around wheat growing season for the past 15-16 years I get hit with these symptoms. They started after I got some spray drift from a crop duster plane that was spraying across the road at the time. We've moved a lot around town in the in between, but being the town that it is, everything is in the air. There is more to this plant than people realise.

I had a really cool job driving across Canada. There were and probably still are places where it grows all the way to the horizon on both sides of the road. It's sort of a pretty plant. I was talking to a farmer whose canola field was accidentally flooded with crude oil. The oil company paid him full price for his crop and the full real estate value of his land, which he was allowed to keep. They also attempted to clean it up. The next year he decided to plant canola on the same land. To his surprise it grew almost twice the yield per acre as the rest of his farm.
The frst time I ate popcorn at a movie theater with canola oil 20 years ago my guts have never been right. That night I had severe nausea, heart burn, cramps & diarrhea. Now I have food allergies & SIBO.

@@thomasgarbe8354 It was a product called hexane, Softens up the seeds before they squeeze the oil out of them
This is a blanket statement. Canola oils are processed and refined. But seed oils have been used since probably the beginning of time. It’s what processes is used. Seeds like sunflower, or nuts like peanuts and coconuts if they are cold pressed and not processed with chemicals still retain their oleics. So to says a blanket statement seed oils are not good is rather incorrect. What it comes down to is the method of processing.

Prior to agriculture about 12,000 to 6,000 to say 3000 years or more recently depending on which part of the planet people lived in we didn't have high amounts of seeds in our diets. Then in about 1890 or so we came up with cotton seed oil as a food product. Then in 1980 about we started demonize tallow and animal fat and the human consumption of seed oils greatly increased. I grew up in the 60's and we had very few fat kids in school. So with agriculture the amount of omega-6 oil in diet went up. Then in 1890 it went up a lot. Then in the 1980's it went up a hell of a lot.

@@randomobserver8168 Yes, I'm sure our ancestors ate seeds a long time ago but eating seeds out of a packet purchased from the super market is far more energy efficient than gathering them. I'm not saying that canola oil is good for you, but a consumable product having non-consumable uses, really isn't an argument against consuming it. Salt (NaCl) can be used on roads to melt ice, but it is still essential to the human diet. Corn starch has industrial uses, as well as culinary, for another example.
