I think work adds so much stress to families now aday, after 5-6 days of 8-12 hour shifts its hard to have a full time father/ close family, which causes tension. It seems alot of the fathers in youtube getting to be 50/50 parents is a huge help and alot least stressful, work really does pull the american family apart.
