He just lacks a good Super rush attack.

1:40 you can do that. When u are in full power/sparking mode u can use the super and it still stays in sparking mode for a little bit of time and continue with the ultimate

No. It would NEED to be its own game like Battle of Z or the other Japanese only game like Battle of Z. They shouldn’t put that in a Budokai Tenkaichi game.

speaking on the Health Bars. I kinda hope they do something like Skullgirls, where the more characters you have the less dmg and HP you all have as a collective while playing with 1 character nets you a lot more HP and slightly more dmg to offset playing a 1v3 or 2v3. I doubt this will happen since in the original games, small childsize characters had 2 HP bars when starting. I mean they can do away with that and just give them a standard 3 HP bar like most characters.
