Don't like it but good 4 him for liking what he does rn.
What I love about this chorus is, it just doesn't only sounds like Muse because of the synth. It's the chord progression too, the singing. Everything about it.

Voice Melody notes is pretty important here. Understansing voice intervals notes is the key to sound like "Muse" i guess
Sounds like my whole friday playlist in one song.
Ryo is amazing, shame he left Crystal Lake but hopefully he’ll have a better time mentally with Knosis

@@alexbrown4426 in his post on Instagram Ryo said that he had problems for several years already and even tried to solve them, but unfortunately uncotrolled waves of emotional instability indangered the work of whole band. That is why he had to leave. And I can believe that. As a lot of good performers suffer from different psychological problems🤷 So I think he decided to change environment completely as a new way to solve everything 🤷 Just check out "Bo Burnham: Inside". This film shows the live of the person whose whole life is stage. But then he loses the possibility to perform because of fear. Pretty interesting, funny, melancholic and sad film.
I like the individual parts of the song (the rapping, breakdowns, and spacy chorus were all sick), but I wish that they were connected together a little better. Excited to hear what Knosis comes up with next though!

Pretty much how I feel. And I love bands like Paledusk and MtH that have crazy sudden transitions between different parts. Somehow this song just doesn’t quite pull it off as well as those other bands manage with with their music. But I am definitely curious to see what comes next from Ryo/Knosis. Different is exciting!

Right, it's like samples of 4 or 5 different songs just randomly stuck together
My favourite band that jumps between 3-4 genres in a song is Twelve Foot Ninja. Unbeatable. Soooo rhythmically interesting and cooky.

They are so underrated
I like it it's super different to what's going on. I'm just so happy he's still doing music
This is giving me Maximum the Hormone vibes in the best way, like modern metal mth but sounding like its own thing.
Honestly this song felt more of a teaser trailer of what to expect from him now. Kinda like one of those highlight reels actors put together to show what they are capable of to potential employers
I'm really really digging the video, I fucking love really rough looking neon stuff with metalcore and music like this
One of my favarite band to see live. Their live is so amazing.
I would listen to Ryo scream/sing a dictionary. I'm about it.
The day I watched your vid about Ryo leaving Crystal Lake chipped away at my heart, I listened to those guys since like 2010ish. Was devastated about Ryo but you gotta take care of yourself before anyone else. Hopefully he is in a better place with Knosis and looking forward to what Ryo brings in the future
I somehow like it, but if it werent for the chorus I'd say this is a preview medley of all upcoming songs. Not for a daily listen for me, but im intrigued what songs are about to come
Nikolas Nocturnalas. New CURRENTS.
I looooove Ryo's vocals. I was so sad when he left CL but at the same time I am currious what projects he will come up with
Their first gig was great. I hope that fans around the world will look forward to it because they will be more active in the future.

I feel like they're pulling from so many different genres but it isn't overwhelming. Loving it
I love the crazy wackiness, synths and all Japancore does the random Noises thrown together very well 😀
Giving me some Paledusk vibes in the way it combines and jumps between genres
this goes hard and really digging it
It's like Fear Factory with bipolar ADD. 😂🤣
Is like something Paledusk would do
Yo when are we gonna get that Darko, Knosis collab? This is bad ass!
coming to jakarta, Indonesia this weekend. Cant wait!!!!
I loved the different parts to the song really feels like something that can work just it doesn’t transition well so it feels like 8 songs
Industrial core
This is an interesting sound, very experimental. It actually gives me hope for my own material to work out. I paired up with a synth player out of the UK who was into dark synth and I came up with the idea of death core vocals and intermittent guitar work and funky sounds like vocal distortion to add depth and industrial programming elements with a scrambled composition. This is so much better than my stuff though but damn does it give me hope that I can get to this level.

Push for it my man, I’m getting into the same boat with my buddies too!
NIN + Slipknot + Asking Alexandria
Experimental for sure,I would like to hear more from them.
Several parts of this are very reminiscent of DTP's "Addicted" record. One of my favs!
It's 2:11 So it's not for me but I always love when they do some heavy breakdowns.
its trapcore or numetalcore im telling you its coming out everywhere
2:14 - Deadringer anyone? No? Just me then?
i wanna hear turntable waka waka's come back haha
Kinda reminded me of Code Orange's newest album. Really cool and original though, excited to hear what's next

@@leotavares9391 The two that immediately spring to mind are POST HUMAN: SURVIVAL HORROR by Bring Me the Horizon, and Motionless in White. Another big one is Code Orange, and Satellites by Celldweller.
Crystal Lake with Ryo had the talent skill and production to transition to mainstream ala BMTH.
U can't deny the breakdowns do hit tho
Idk why but I dig it
This song takes 3 left turns, which made this feel right
as someone who makes experimental music this is sick
Certainly one of the songs of 2023
It’s got Giles type feels.
Paleface and Ten-56 are setting a new wave of rap-core parallel to whatever bullshit Ronnie Radke is doing but the song sounded more like an album preview vid tbh
EXPERIMETALCORE
Sounds like utsu-p and new genghis tron mix together.

Literally just modern industrial but I’m not complaining lol

This and the summoning are the most bipolar songs I've ever listened to
I feel like this band come with fear factory vibes. I watched they show yesterday it freakin sick.
i fuck with this
I like it
Code orange but metalcore with some rapping
Experimetalcore
Its metal in a familiar but newer style, perhaps we could call it "New Metal"
I like it. But whats the most important is that Ryo is in a better Headspace now.
Whoa okay Maximumer the Hormoner
Does this project sound like metalcore Darko to anyone else?
Look at this, modern metal goes to 0 to 100 so quick, i cant take this
Verses sound like Street Sects goes core
…dream theater-core
All comparing this to other bands but let's be real this is just Knosis a different beast!
Anyone know who the god-tier mixer that Nick said was originally supposed to mix this is?
It's super weird but I love it! I do however agree the mix could've been better, especially regarding the guitars.
Verse 2 feels like spineshank.
Who tf said like fear in loathing in las vegas bit actually good

Lol to the comment about like Fear and loathing but better crystal lake wishes they were as great musically as them. But seriously why cant people just be transparent... jumping straight into another project after his announcement is garbage. (base on what he said in the crystal lake announcement.) i love ryo seen them live and got a pic with him during the erra show years ago in Chicago. its just you don't say you are leaving a band based on mental issues then immediately for a solo thing it just doesnt make sense. at the end of the day he should just do what makes him happy and if this is it more power to him will keep listening.
Ryo do some clean now?
