It really hit me while sitting yesterday that ALL thought is as ephemeral as any other sense experience. There is no thought that defines "me" no more than a particular sound defines "me". (Of course, all sense experience is me, just not in the egoic way.) But it really sunk in that the contents of thought and feeling, the things one would normally use to build up a sense of self, aren't solid. They're not foundational to anything. I actually laughed out loud. Then I felt some fear, and some sadness and loss.

Beautiful and well stated. Funny how thought seems to create a solid works where “I” am at the center. It’s really funny once you see it

I like how the video repeats itself at 9:30 but it's all just black. I'm convinced this is not an editing mistake but a deliberate technique Angelo uses to show the emptiness of reality. Well done!

Amazing video. 🙏 When I meditate outside, the entire sky is a patchy, light grey, smoky, gyrating field, even when I’m inside and look outside, I see that. I suspect it’s everywhere, but in the uncomplicated sky I can see it clearly. I watch it, mind blank, airliners in it but do not seem to move. Not to mention the tiny, infinite, zooming lights. No clue what all that is. I keep wanting to ask what it all is. But I don’t.

I just finished your book ,reading days and night with little sleep also couldn't stop watching yours YT, I am 10yrs on SP looking all over for teacher and you with one sentence " the is no World there and you here"...I started loughing ..how I can ever thing that I am here and evrthing is there? Hey, why is it do you think we ever choose to be unliberated ? I can see how the finding or remembering would be the ultimate of all epic everything’s from the view of the infinity unhurtable Self. Mind wants to know so bad. Consumes my days, my bed times, my wake times. And I’m excited. W.T.F.?

What if you find yourself in very difficult external circumstances? For instance, you are being victimized by a group of people and you live in a country where it is impossible to get help from anyone, and you are actually being harmed mentally, physically, and you cannot escape? Can you suggest practices to help one remain present when it seems like the external universe is conspiring to make your external world a living hell?

These circumstances are a perfect orchestration to help you awaken… every atom was placed for you and only you in that space in that moment…. Do you think you would be who u are without them? U would probably not be as advanced as u are right now, so let everything unfold natural, even your resistance to it is it unfolding naturally

You will be absolutely alive and still your very self, ure indestructible
