I was Maggie, Misty was my daughter. She died from yellow fever and her last words were "I was worthless" :( I guess she said that because she didn't find a backpack to come along on the raid. But I'm glad to see that she could help you make the swords at least.

So much effort spent on Stan, who was a little idiot for jumping out of your arms, but staying with her kidnapper. Meanwhile son Moralsupport was just yeeted into the midst of battle and left behind to starve, instantly forgotten. I'm more sad for your son than Stan who managed to start a war.

The three bears were probably just looking for Goldielocks.

OK, this is nuts. I was the reincarnated Zoda you talked to. (Harold Zoda, then Moriyah Remon.) And reason #17 why Jason desperately needs to add new character models: I waited for quite a while for you to come back so we could go, and you never did. That kid you apologized to and expected to follow you was some other random naked girl who looked like me. Anyway, some info on the Zodas. We weren't very advanced, as you saw, and we'd already fought off, like, three different marauding Eves. I figured you were just more random invaders, honestly, bent on wiping us out just because you could. The fact that you seemed to be targeting our girls just reinforced that. I had no idea my brother grabbed your kid. I don't think any of the rest of us did, either. I never saw her in the village, so she probably died before she got there, or he took her off somewhere. Right as you left, a bear attacked the town. I figured that was probably your doing, too, for maximum chaos. I told my remaining family I loved them and they should try to live, but I didn't think they'd make it. I led the bear off into the snow to get it away from them, but I got careless and it killed me. Interestingly, the Zoda in town wasn't actually from the Zoda family line, which I didn't realize at the time. She was daughter of a nameless Eve. Probably one of the ones who attacked us. One of my sisters must have adopted her. I don't know how she got to the town, but she was completely harmless. Just frustrated at not being able to understand anyone. I'm not sure she even got how the language thing worked. But I was around her enough as a kid to understand most of what she said. Later in life, I went back to the north town, figuring to reclaim my past life birthright. I stole some iron and stuff from the city to do it. I had a daughter who tried hard to help, but it was difficult up there and there wasn't much water, so she finally gave up and went back to the city. I came back there too, to die. I never forgave you, but knowing the whole story, I will try to do so now. :)

Yeah the lack of models is really a problem, I mistook one person for another several times in this video. I think this was all Kian Zoda's fault. He's the one who kidnapped the daughter (and I agree that he probably left her to starve in the woods). When we got to your town I just wanted to look for her and take her back, but then Kian Zoda killed a little Zoda girl, and I guess we just figured he was aiming for us but missed, but looking back on it he probably did it on purpose to make us attack and also kill a Zoda girl. We attacked to kinda defend ourselves (even though we were invading), and I only went for people who were holding a weapon. Janet was a bit more bloodthirsty tho. You can actually see a ginger Eve in the Zoda town at 29:31 right after our attack, I bet she was the one that brought in the bear. I am sorry it had to be this way, but I do think this was one of the coolest experiences I had in this game so far.

Yeah, half the time I have no idea who I'm talking to in the game anymore, either. Being able to tell people apart would probably also have been useful in actually targeting the person who did the kidnapping here, too. Which was definitely Kian, and I agree, it looks like he was probably griefing us both. Pretty slyly, too, as I don't recall seeing him doing anything obviously suspicious in the Zoda town. It certainly worked, as I assumed you guys killed both of our little girls. Ironically, he survived the attack unscathed, but it looks like he was killed by someone else later. Maybe the Eve you saw. I have very mixed feelings about the recent updates and the ensuing spike in violence, but I have to say, it has certainly made for much more varied and interesting experiences in a game that was starting to get a bit samey for me.

The comments from people in the videos are the bucket of cherries on top here. Absolutely insane how this situation looks from different perspectives.

This was the most legitimate war I have ever witnessed in this game. That young man stalked you all in order to kidnap your child, crazy. Revenge seemed like the obvious response to such disrespect. And then afterwards, it all kinda felt like the cost of the war was too much and felt sorry for the Zodas. I thought this was a really good example of the human drama that this game can create and I think this whole scenario would have been alot harder to occur before all the new eve spawn/water-well/language changes. I like how the game has changed recently.

Holy shit so that’s what started the war. I was born in the conclusion/aftermath as Leo Zoda. Someone was born into our family from the lemons and murdered my mother as we were killing bears. She was the last female i swore vengeance but never found your town so I went exploring. I left a note in a super ancient town owned by Mango family like at the end if my life miles from home :(

Haha nah dw, there’s always two points of view. For us it was that we were constantly fending off eves and outsiders (which we were, but I must have been born when you were between 40-55 though because of the amount of graves of each family). Most of us that were left didnt even know why it happened, just saw it as a raiding family

@@FranRaynal17 lots of people come to see the title and move on with their day. other times the title is so far fetched from the video most people just leave without watching. so now you understand.

I'm pretty sure last names work like this. If you are named by someone, you get their last name. That is now your last name and if you name someone, that is the name they will get. If you don't get named and you name someone, they will get no last name. Only a moniker. These people permanently have no last name and anyone they name will never have a last name. The family tree keeps track of lineage, but in game it's purely based on transferring the properties of whoever names a person.

If you have no name and you name someone they will get the last name of their Eve, that was changed a few days ago! I don't know what happens if their Eve never had a last name though.

HOLY FRIK I WAS AN EVE FOR LIKE A FIRST FEW TIME MAYBE I DONT REMEBER BEING ONE PRIOR! anyway so it was nuts!!! Just child after child And the bodies building up Difficulties with food. I lived to fifty 3 tho.... My one heir was ark it seemed.. I tried to feed her but I was to old to keep running back and forth and feed both of us.... Yeah... Edit: she is still alive seven minutes after, maybe there is hope. I was eve pharo, and if u look me up on the trees you can see just the sheer number of kids I had Like, seventeen or sixteen. Sometimes five at a time Yeah, it was bonkers.

There's a new update which makes Eves less common, which in turn means everyone gets more babies since there's less families at any given time.

It's based on your family, so if you're not descended from the same Eve (the first person to spawn in) you won't understand them. There's a chance to learn any syllable you hear while you're under 6 years old.

Once, I was in a village too. We kidnapped children from the other village and killed them. We were attacked but fender them off long enough to escape. We made a new village and continued this. We would get clothes because the children couldn't defend themselves and would die. We were all killed sadly, however, we left behind tools.
