Bipolar Disorder has manic moments - her jumping on the bed, deliriously happy - and depressive moments - walking through the field aimlessly and suicide attempts. You have to give Chris Stapleton a lot of credit for bringing a spot light to it. It's heartbreaking.

As a parent, my middle daughter has bipolar 1 and borderline personality disorder. She was diagnosed at 16 and is now going to be 22. She has been on Lithium, Vralar and Buspar for 6 years. THANK YOU for posting this video. As a parent, it's so hard to see your baby go through this.

Chris doesn't do videos (he was the bartender in this video) but he did with this song to bring awareness to mental illness. His voice is so amazing and along with the video its very emotional. I've had 2 family members commit suicide, its so sad and in a lot of cases you never even know until its too late

This situation is so real- check on your people! The quiet ones, the happy ones, the busy and successful ones-- these people disguise their pain with happy so they dont have to answer questions -- People arent able to reach out.. their pain makes them numb and immobile-- reach in!

I can never make it through this song, suffering severe and crippling anxiety, I can't say these thoughts haven't gone through my mind, buy Mom is right all you can do is be there and pray. I am alive today because of a small group of alert people who helped me through the day I decided to end it all and a couple others who have never failed me when I most needed them! This was a great reaction and I thank you guys!
