I caught some of this gameplay when it was live on Sun. You were having an amazing game. I would like to see comp again. I remember the US vs. UK event many years ago, and that was cool to see. Top players playing top players.

BF was the closest to a serious comp Game with Incursions imo, ofc bf3/4 were great games, they had the biggest playerbases and such but when they tried out a new concept which was approved by the comp Community and just dropped it many players lost interest

I would love to see 2042 get a competitive scene. A competitive mode goes a long way to keeping a game relevant and fun to play for a longer time. And I always enjoy watching great players playing meaningful matches.

The last BF that was truly competitive was BF3 with squad Rush, you can find so many teams playing back then , including my team , super fun , team work and call outs

Like you said, the team work, call outs and everything else that goes with comp is why I miss it. This mode in 2042 is really good and fun, just annoying that 2042 is the reason that it isn't perfect

Battlefield 4 competitive was fun, it was played in ESL but that was probably the last time it had any competitive scene? I hope they will make some sort of competitive mode in the future, not really vibing cod these days, feel there is too much wrong with that game nowadays.

Would love to not only see 5v5/6v6 basic competitive but also some with more players like 8v8 or more on bigger maps or even 12v12 with vehicles or something fairly crazy like that!

battlefield was competitive with BF3 and BF4 with squad rush 5v5 Conquest for BF3 and domination for BF4. I even played a lan back then and we didn't get any help from DICE. But I feel like the flop of the launch of 2042 didn't help the game and the compétitive scene. I Wish they make a BF3 remake.

They want it to be like COD AND GODAMN APEX. The devs want battlefield To be talked about more and be more competitive. I would love them To have a mode for competitive games. I just dont see how cod is more popular. I guess its nationaly televised more idk 😐🤷

BF2 had a pretty big competitive scene back in the old days. BFV could have been competitive too but Dice axed the game too early. We can blame Dice's yearly release schedule releasing a game every year. BF1(2016), Battlefront(2017), BFV(2018) and Battlefront 2(2019)
