Pile 3. My unicorn is... singing for a living. It hurts to even mention it. Like Abraham Hicks says, new desires are easier to manifest than old ones. The old, old, old ones... the ones you've had for a lifetime... are the hardest. There's so much baggage. 😮‍💨This Saturday, I will be on a stage, performing a play with my amateur theatre group, and there is a scene in which I will sing. I got over my fear of acting and the stage fright over a year ago, but trying to sing even in the rehearsals makes my throat close up. You'd think this opportunity would energise me, but I just feel so defeated, as if it were a battle I lost a long time ago.

@@WhiteTigerTarot Well, it has been almost a week since that Saturday, and I'm here to report back! We had in fact a total of three performances of that play, and although I was scared sh**less each time, I somehow managed to pull through it. I had dreamt of achieving a very liberated vocal performance for the singing bit, but as the first two nights were a let-down in that regard, I wound up letting go of that wish and expectation. Then during the third and ultimate performance, knowing there was no longer any need for sparing my voice and being careful not to lose it, I delivered my lines (even the deranged shouting that was part and parcel of my character having a mental breakdown) with total abandon, and THAT finally helped me have a beautiful, liberated singing moment. I even managed to make it comedic! People laughed at the quirky details I added to the vocals, which I LOVED, because the play was a comedy and it was MEANT to make people laugh. 😄

This sounds like the human abuse you've endured projected onto your spiritual support team. I did the same after being severely bullied, abandoned and rejected in childhood. I hope you seek support (especially inner child healing) because the world needs people like us to show them that despite the odds, we made something beautiful from the pain. ❤ Every life matters... we all have unique gifts that change the course of the world in small and big ways... think butterfly effect.
