Dude was walking on the non-sidewalk side when there was a sidewalk available AND was walking with traffic as opposed to against it. That's a ticketable offense in New York. Captain was actually in the right there.

I think anyone should feel free to call the police at any time. Let the police decide if a crime is being committed and how to handle the encounter. I'm not saying the police do a good job of it, although this guy was pretty polite. Like it our not, the law, as interpreted by the courts, says they can ask for ID even when it is not required.

This channel, if you watch this from where I live in Europe is one of the best, the calm demeanor. "are you reading a script" perfection, so calm, these people are hypered up over a camera, wildy hand and armgesturing walking around giving advise and directives its amazing to watch

So many people think that if they type a policy on a piece of paper it becomes law. So I typed up that everyone walking down the sidewalk around my business MUST wear a clown mask. But nobody followed my policy. They just laughed.

Everybody has their own way of doing things.. L.i.a has a cool approach others may come out their face to cops because maybe where they come from cops are real aholes maybe they been arrested a bunch of times on bugus B.s Most of these cops are uneducated aholes who dnt know the law or constitution that's they swore an oath to protect or dnt care want to violate peoples right because they are on power trip although I may not just be nasty doing audit I sure as hell will not allow anybody cop or not to try an bully me disrespect me I treat people with respect until they over step think they have authority over me my parents were the only ones that had authority over me so everybody no matter if we dnt agree have a right to treat cops the way they see fit we the people pay them with our tax dollars.

A maximum B prison in NYS next door to Green correctional facility a medium A facility.. both are prisons that are full of mostly younger inmates with long prison sentences .. prison guards at both facility’s mostly coxsackie are said to be really hands on with assaulting the inmates in some cases beating them to death

It's paid for by me. The problem with guys like these is not that they come out and ask, it the approach and the misplaced self entitlement and lack of knowledge of the law that is disturbing.

I believe we need all kinds of auditors to test those in positions of authority. A frustrating interaction can tell a lot about leos emotional intelligence. I prefer polite, but most styles are useful in the big scheme of things.

I always have to laugh when they say "But I gave you my details".

If a prison isn't secure,then somethings very wrong somewhere!

Non confrontational Audits. Much respect.

One of the scariest places I've ever worked was in a medium security prison. It took years to get over the PTSD .. I commend anyone Going into those hell holes. The best decision I ever made for my sanity was to change my career. That captain looked tired stressed and burnt. I know that look.

LIA this is the second or third video I saw regarding a correction facility. I don't know if you realize when they read a statement to you (to intimidate) it clearly states what they read to you is about on the facility property not your particular case as your in public. I just point this out because you usually correct people to teach them when they get it wrong. Thanks for all your videos 😀

This Captain is NOT understanding today's laws. You are on a PUBLIC road and anything you see in PUBLIC, you are able to film at your LEISURE. GREAT JOB!! I love the way you handle them and educate them!!

Hey bro. I emailed the CT. state police concerning Sgt. fahey and the internal affairs report that found no wrong doing of his actions. Really pissed me off dude. He thought he could just grab your shirt and move you around as he pleases. I got your back. Love your channel.

Those guys were supernice! They did not give you any hard time at all. Pure professionalism!

At 2 locations the script had a line (something like) "while members of the public are allowed to enter this lot"... Neither time have you been in/on a lot.

As someone who’s been on the other side of those fences, it’s good to watch those cops squirm. They HATED the fact that they couldn’t do anything about it- unfortunately I’m sure that Captain took out his frustration on the first inmate he had the opportunity to engage.

those Canada geese need locking up they could be flying drugs into that prison or have secret cameras on them and the gut that called them ducks needs to get out with a bird book more often lol

That script is only valid if someone is actually on their grounds. They know that. They're hoping we don't.

Their "procedure" is to call the State Police to come and attempt to intimidate you even though they know you are not breaking any law? That sounds like their "procedure" is to make a false police report.

Hey LI Audit, I actually heard the captain say; "You aren't going to agitate me like you agitated someone yesterday", rather than; "You aren't going to educate me ....etc." Other than a slight miscommunication issue ... great work as usual.

@@LongIslandAudit God bless ya brother..I Honestly respect the way you conduct yourself with Professional and its refreshing to have a GENTLEMAN doing audits.. I think it will serve you well going forward and Ill certianly be there if you need help getting out of Houska..partially because you wont be lovked up like so many auditors. Lol Just keep going..and maintsin your Integrity..it shows so bright and I see many good Auditors become jaded..sensationalist and they begin to alter their audit philosophy into being very different than they stsrted..and they begin baiting people and police. Good auditor never needs to bait...theres plenty of chum already jn the water. If you ever get famous..i mean when you do get famous..Id be proud to be a Modestor for you. If ever in SE Texas give me a call and we can have a Beer and BBQ and check out some Bikinis. 😁

It's hard to tell if that is the case, or they know it but were given orders.to do so by their superior or policy. It could be they case that they don't want to do it and know they are wrong but they need the job. After, everyone is always "just following orders". It constructed that way by design, endless layers to go up, and then there will be a peice of paper at the end, no one anywhere to be held accountable.

I think they are hoping the person would flee after having it read to them. Not expecting anyone to know their rights or that they are on public property. Hoping the person would get scared away.

@@jbdragon3295 intimidation tactics are very common. But when someone knows the law and is recording, it kind of shuts them down.

I like how you keep it professional and polite, respectful even when police/security are not. Keep up the good work informing and educating 1st Amendment! Please keep up the follow up vids on complaints, very informative and I think you can affect change there as well by putting pressure on those who investigate themselves.

When they're as nice as those men you should say, "The Bus Driver was extremely polite while asking Rosa Parks to go to the back of the bus." See if that will jolt a spark of recognition in them. Good Job. PEACE

@Tim Irvin this is so true!! I was at this prison twice, through out my journey,ALL 4 OF THOSE CORRECTIONAL OFFICERS THAT WAS SEEN ON THIS AUDIT WAS COMPLETE $%&#@ 😳 .... so you can imagine what it was like on the inside

I think your demeanor is simple amazing. Since you don’t preach , don’t challenge them, just nod and and say ok thanks for that information and keep doing what your doing it baffles everyone

This is how you must treat everything and everyone! Always remain under control and acknowledge everyone you encounter! Never disrespect or demean, there’s no need! We’re all humans and we all love each other! Well, at least I do! Cant control anyone else! Can only show them!

They know you are not breaking the law, but they call law enforcement anyway. Sad.

@@LongIslandAudit I didn't mention. I am from Kenya where the police operate like gods without following any law. In my country police operate with private phones. You are always safe having the phone number of those in higher ranks just in case.

Why are they in the street and not walking on the sidewalk? Oh, they are above their own policy. Another great audit and thank you for what you do.

In my opinion, there are 2 great auditors out there and you are one of them.......keep up the good work.

I appreciate his calm demeanor as well but police will deal with all kinds of people in this world and need to learn to respect everyone’s rights ….even difficult people .

Wardens written rules, policy, same as the chief judges written rules when in a courthouse, their rules/policy don’t trump your rights as concerning public photography as you’re fully aware of. Good job once again.

Auburn maximum correctional in Cayuga County near the finger lakes. Surrounded by urban residential. Would be a potential site for audit.
