Not everyone can make the same sounding metalcore song and this is very pretty, I dug it a lot.

I've been a huge fan of BAAO ever since I heard the single "The Hardest Part Is Forgetting Those You Swore You Would Never Forget" from Dear G-D, and I love HWBWP and their self titled album. WFMTC I wasn't a big fan of, but I liked some songs off of it, and PROXY I felt the same way, but that's a matter of preference. I prefer their hardcore sound, but I LOVE their melodic parts, and above all, I LOVE the message and the emotion in their lyrics. That to me sums up this band and what I love about them. This song is no different to me, beautiful lyrics and powerful emotions, and I like the music part a little more than previous albums, I can't wait to see where this goes!

Just amazing melodic hardcore.

I was able to see these guys back in 2015 at an extremely small venue. Was able to scream along with Joel, it was an amazing time.

love the combo of clean guitars with screams, reminds me of their older track Salute e Vita, just as emotional and beautiful

Sheridan - The Heist

I really love a song called "Alone".. I don't have a specific reason but this song have that power to bring me back to the old times...To the time when I was a different person. When I was full of life.. When I had that spirit inside me.. That will to live not just exist.. This song could bring me back to the times when I had friends, some kind of really close friend.. Now I just exist, nothing more.. I've spoken with Joel couple times and I can't wait to see this band live and speak to them after the show.. Biggest fan of Being As An Ocean since the beginning. I had the exact same reaction when hearing the guitar. I'm so happy about that song because I totally feel the same about Proxy and have been so sad about the direction.

Brand of Sacrifices new album dropped yesterday

Been a fan of them since Dear Gd, enjoyed all their releases except proxy. But i definitely appreciate the experimentation! I mean most post hardcore bands that do a different album usually follow it with something awesome. Like this!

Has anyone noticed the curtain blowing in the wind in the background? Fitting for "Catch the Wind" :D

I was so stoked for this song and when I heard vibes of Dear G-d I instantly went back to listen to the first two albums and then do a mini vocal cover on my Instagram of The Hardest Part Is Forgetting... Reignited my love for this band.

Honestly I really like this one, my bands producer Sam worked on this one with them and after the disappointment that was Proxy this is a big step foward for them! 🤘😍

Never could get into Proxy but Dear G-d is easily my favorite album followed by the self titled. Loving this song

I agree with everything you said man, baao is by far the one band I will always go back to listen to and not have to skip songs, other than proxy, proxy wasn’t my favourite but I appreciate their efforts to try new sound, keen for them to get back to their roots!

Every part just reminded me of a similar song that hit harder. Idk this is ok. Stand out is the unclean sections.

As someone who was involved in the hardcore/metalcore scene and now produces “emo” trap, I love that “emo” trap, which was once influenced by post hardcore is now itself having an impact on post hardcore bands! Music going full circle!

The screamer reminds me of to kill Achilles, you should check out that band if you haven't. They both should make a song with one another.

The instrumentals, ambiance and visuals are stunning. The vocals really get on my nerves. The clear singer uses his nose too much and sometimes it makes me uncomfortable and the screamer's mixing is bothering me. Conflicted on this.

Idk about this one...i like melodic but this one is a hard pass
