I'm considering buying a 1976 house in Klamath Fall, Oregon which has high profile concrete tiles. Hundreds of the tiles have been replaced over the years. I wonder what is causing all the cracking? Freeze -thaw?

Is it windy out there? If lightweight they may be more prone to cracks
Hi. We are fabricating a machine to produce plastic sand tiles in Nigeria. In terms of the installation, should we put holes on them for nails?
