This Is A Magic Move For Your Shoulder

❗The online MoveU program has helped thousands of people around the world! Start Fixin Yo’ Sh!T - www.moveu.com
Tag someone who struggles with shoulder pain or limited mobility. Improving your shoulder blade awareness is one of the best ways to build confidence in your shoulders and strengthen them. The goal of this movement is to be able to apply it to all of your pushing, pulling, squatting, deadlifting, and life movements whenever you want to. It’s not easy!⁣⁣
⁣⁣
This movement is similar to the “bodybuilder lat spread,” but isn’t so dramatic. The goal of it is not to show off the lats and is instead meant to open up the spacing between the acromion and the arm bone where one of the most common shoulder pains takes place - impingement. Should your shoulder blades ALWAYS be like this? Not necessarily. There is no “right position” for your shoulder to be in, it is up to you to experiment and determine what feels best for your shoulder in the situation that you are putting your shoulder in. ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
We have found that, regardless of the shoulder or neck pain that a person has, learning to scoop the blade and keep it scooped in their pushing, pulling, overhead movements, etc. helps to greatly reduce their pain. As the person gains confidence and an understanding of their body, they can then explore doing movements while the shoulders are in a more “compromising” position. The benefits of strengthening your shoulder in all ranges of motions and positions are to help build resiliency in the tissues surrounding your shoulder.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
This door frame exercise is a great way to start getting your mind connected to the movement of your blade, but it will take months for you to be able to scoop them at will as shown at the beginning of the video. It becomes even more difficult to control when applying the movement under load (pushups, pullups, etc).⁣⁣

ive had shoulder problems forever. the shoulder blades are so important and if they do not function properly, move in their respective paths structures and bursas will be impinged. It's important to maintain shoulder blade mobility but also if there are tight muscles which attaches to the shoulder blade and will drag it out of alignment so that it loses its functions. ive been thinking about this for a very long time, lets take an example lets say i have some pain in an overhead press and i know i have tight Levator scapulae, the muscle that raises the shoulder blade if it's tight that means the shoulder blade is already rotated upward becasue the muscle is pulling on the shoulder blade and it's not moving properly as it should. This causes structures E.g. rotator cuff tendon or bicep tendon to become impinged or pinched beneath the ac joint becuase the shoulder blade is compressing the area or something like this. The top point of the shoulder blade is the acromion and beneath the Acromion lies all these tendons and structures that overlap eachother and if its tight then its RIP to these tendons, especially if you have like me an EASY type 2 acromion which is already laterally tilted.

I've had shoulder issues for about 29 years daily.Very chronic!.Had arthroscopic surgery in 1996 with coming out worse than i was before surgery. The guy screwed the surgery up i know he did.I should have sued but ended up waiting way too long.He was sued by other people for bad surgeries so there is a high possibility he messed mine up.Aftrr surgery i had to overuse my left shoulder to compensate for my right one. In the end i got a bunch of issues in the left one that physical therapy couldn't fix.Ive had physical therapy 9 times since 1996 with barely any luck whatsoever. Iknow it sounds silly but i just could not heal from anything and i used to be an athlete.I have been dealing with torn labrums and impingement in both of my shoulders for yesrs years also.Wound up with torn labrums about 8 or 9 years ago in both shoulders and doctor won't operate because I'm 51.I could go on and on but there is no sense in it.I have tried everything and i mean everything!. I have suffered daily for almost 30 years without a day going by that i didn't have pain. Not every shoulder situation is the same.
