RECIPE (3-4 servings, 30min prep time): -2 blocks (400g) tofu -2/3 cup (80g) chickpea flour -1 Tsp each salt, curry powder, paprika (or use other spices you like) Knead until it’s a dough. Shape in small balls. Mix with 1 Tbsp corn starch and oil. Bake at 180C/360F for 20mins. Sweet-spicy-Gochujang glaze -3 Tbsp each Gochujang, vinegar, and agave -6 Tbsp ketchup Heat up until thickened and stir in the tofu.

me too! i really like this recipe. i would change the glaze to the sauce thae balls that comes with sesame chicken here in the USA or a sweet & sour sauce like for old style s+s pork., bc I like those better than gojuchan and it is my kitchen

Yeah, we're so used to our modern appliances, we totally forget that 99% of dishes are perfectly doable without them. It's just more work/ time consuming. Just imagine having to cook for a large family with just a coal fired oven and hand tools, though...

I always put in warm water and dish soap when I'm done and blend that a few seconds... really helps with cleaning the food processor :))

I agree, main reason being #1 she always puts the full recipe out there and you don't have to look here , there , everywhere for it😂 #2 She's like an artist in a way , she gives you the ingredients and method but then you can always add or take out certain things #3 she's creates delicious meals etc which I could eat all day , everyday 😊#4 she's looks so happy to cook for us all ❤ Best you tube foodie XX 🎉

Asian-style spaghetti with meat balls?We're actually have the better one, its called bakso in indonesia and we eat it with beef broth, tofu and rice noodles. Bakso is asian version of meatballs made out of beef, pork, sometimes chicken and fish, but the texture is rather springy instead of crumbly.

I definitly recommend you to try Turkish meals! Like sarma, cacık(without yogurt), our varios type of salad(like semizotu salatası without yogurt), dolma, spinach dish and İf you like any of this, there is more vegan meals I would recommend

nice~ i recall having a dish similar to that in chinatown but the tofu is cut in cubes instead. many ways to cook tofu similar to that in southeast asia as well.

Oh my god this looks soooo delish!! Reminds me of "chilli chana" that my father made, he doesn't like to anymore hahah just feels very lazy.. It's similar to this but with chickpeas instead, and they're fried after dipped in the glaze mixed with some flour and that made it soooo crisp!! You should try if possible!

If your allergic to tomatoes 😭 Beets Raspberries Carrots Tart cherries Onion Garlic Italian seasoning Balsamic vinegar Make a wonderful tomato sauce you can add vinegar and maple syrup to make that into a ketchup Yeah.... I'm allergic to tomatoes 🍅 🤧 I need to start measuring out my ingredients someday lol... I never do.. because I use smell and taste to tell if it needs more of one or the other lol. I seem to have a sixth sense for measurements depending on how much I want and I've never had to use recepies Although with baking I always follow recipes lol...... most of the time

There's this street food called "tahu bulat". It's airy, fluffy, tofu puffs. They're like literally puffed up because of how airy and fluffy it is, but still a bit crunchy on the outside so not at all mushy. Great snack! Look it up if you're interested.
