The Boston Bruins have not been able to get a scoring winger in free agency and signs are pointing to them not being able to with an extension coming for Jeremy Swayman. This could be a problem for the Bruins offense who have limited scoring players and will have to search internally for an offensive goal-scoring talent. Trent Frederic is one of those players who is expected to take a HUGE step up in goal-scoring and overall skill. Frederic is also due for a big extension as he is entering the final year of his deal, could we see this extension coming soon?

Brazeau need more ice time for sure...
I’d put Brazeau’s size on the second line to make room for Marchand and Poitras. Geeke is a bottom six.
Last year we lacked a top center and scoring wingers now atleast we have a center
Freddy is in the mold of an old time hockey guy. Always willing to drop em, great checking game and can score. Love The Fred!
Need Trent he is tough Bs need to be tougher
wish we could hold on to heinen, he was quietly really good last year. and hopefully we can keep frederic for a long time, sucks seeing our fan favourite depth guys always leaving.

Coyle is deff the 2c with Lysell on the rw. Pots is 3 c with Freddy and geek as his wings
Freddy was considered a 1st round bust, but he has shown he might just be a late bloomer. Was very pleased with what he showed last season. And yes he will likely be even better this season.
That spot is open for lysell to take atm if he doesn't step up then I bet they make a trade.
After Lucic left, it appeared that Freddy was the next man up for keeping it real out there. Not good. And that's been fixed. Let him play his game slotting in accordingly, makes better Bruins.

They say they have 8 million left. They had 22 million and they got rid of Ulmark 5 million Gretzlyc 3.7 million Debrusk 4 million that's almost 13 million where did that money go ?
We have to keep Trent Frederic! He is my favorite NHL player of recent years with the ability to fight, to score, to check, and just seems like a classy good guy. I love Trent Frederic too!
they need to sign freddy but they wait too long.that's what happened with debrusk.the wing situation is bad but not as bad as some think where internally some bruins prospects like lysell,merkulov and brazeau will need to step up!

@@coreysghostglowmask8650once Sways signed we wont have the cap to sign Ehlers. Time to face facts - WE ARE DONE IN FREE AGENCY - atleast as far as getting anyone of impact - sure Sweens will find some local to sign like the useless Patrick Brown signing last yr
Lindholm may not be known for points but he better become renowned for it. Otherwise he’ll be an overpaid Zacha taking up space on the ice.

ELindhold is known for points when playing with toppers. Note: DeBrusk didn't do much until they paired him with Bergy. OK, now put him with Pasta and Zacha or Marchy. In addition, he can shut down the opposition's top C. Meanwhile, the other centers slot in according to matchups. Oh, and that key faceoff that can decide games...priceless. It's odd that so many "fans" miss most of that and only mention (total) points...as though they are simply looking up somebody's hockey card and plugging in dead facts, which do not encapsulate what was just mentioned. And key goals are worth more than goals in soft bunches (eg empty netters, games already decided, etc...).

@@SomeOne-uy4kj hope you are correct. I was actually commenting of the host who, I believe, said something about E Lindholm not being known for scoring. That’s a lot of cheddar for a body. If you turn out to be correct, that’s great for the Bs.
