THIS WAS REALLY HELPFUL. THANK YOU. my case came with no instruction manual. I watched one other video that told me nothing. I agree that this case is super high quality. I just couldn't get it paired. dumb. but I needed to know what key made the c key function to connect. I don't have a lightbulb key, but something you said helped me find the key to turn on the lights. thanks very much.

I’m about to purchase this case but I just realized does it fit the iPad Air 2

Did anyone buy this but for the mini 4? I noticed the link below the video has the mini version link, when clicked the mechanism to hold the iPad is different from this one in the video. Reviews on amazon have screen cracked from that mechanism. Would like to know if anyone bought it for a mini 4 and it worked.

hello there. I bought this case about 5 years ago for my ipad. I did not use my ipad for the past year. As I turned it on now, I noticed the keypad is not in sync with the ipad. Do you know how long I should charge it i order to work? and also for the bluetooth sync proccess, do I just click on fn+c?

I’ve had this keyboard for about a year now and recently it stopped working. I thought it was because it wasn’t charged, so I charged it. It still doesn’t connect! I can’t type anything , but the backlight still works. What should I do?

I’m getting an iPad case with a keyboard becuz I make KZread videos (not very good ones lol) and It gets kind of annoying for viewers if my keyboard thing keeps on popping up

It depends on the version of the keyboard. Maybe you have to hold a function key while hitting that.

HELP!! I’ve had this keyboard for a year now and I love it! I noticed the keypad wasn’t working so I charged it with the included charger. It’s fully charged now but it still won’t work. Those 4 tiny lights at the top left of the keyboard will light up briefly. But it looks like the first light is a lock icon? I think I’ve locked this keyboard and have NO idea how to unlock. PLEASE help!! I’m desperate and don’t want to buy something else!
