Hi, this is Stephen Key and Andrew Krauss. We are here to help you make money from your ideas. We started our company inventRight over two decades ago to teach people how to license (aka rent) their ideas to companies in exchange for royalties.
This process is called “product licensing.”
On our channel, we show you exactly how you to take an idea and license it to companies in exchange for passive income.
Today, you do not have to start a business to make money from an idea.
With product licensing, you don’t have to write a business plan, raise money, manufacture, market, sell, or distribute any longer.
Visit our website inventRight.com for more information.

Thank you for actually responding to the messages Andrew… Congratulations to Chad for pushing and getting his product licensed. I have a few ideas myself that I’ve been workin in for a few years.. dealing with electronics… one idea has to do with upgrades to smart watches… will I need to file for IP? Will a virtual prototype?

We always recommend to file a provisional patent application. We are not patent attorneys. We are not giving legal advice.
What a fantastic interview! Thank you, Andrew, Chad and Keanu! There is a lot of very useful information here from which any inventor can benefit. 💡

Great interview Andrew. Chad's story is excellent and I like the constant reinforcement that your job does not end with the invention ... you have to learn to sell, communicate and work with your partners (if you license the deal).

I have the habit of taking notes whenever I come upon an idea for a new product. I’ve been doing this for a couple of years and today I’ve accumulated dozens of ideas for products to different areas, some of which have already been released, some which are pure daydream, but a few that perhaps could be promising. My question is: how to filter and select one idea to start to develop when there are many of them to choose from? Thank you in advance.

We should talk when it’s convenient.This is very important to evaluate correctly.
I keep liking and commenting in inventRightTV contents hoping the algorithm will do its work and reach my fellowmen for here in the Philippines, for our local inventor groups accepting this business model is definitely a work in progress. May I ask if when making a sizzle video, should I do a normal Landscape oriented one, or the upcoming popular portrait format (one you see in Tiktok, instagram, or facebook reels)? because I don`t know if the Companies` Creative director view these submissions on their PC or their laptop most of the time.

Yes, in some countires they have a hard time understanding licensing and the though that a big company would actually pay an individual inventor royalties. But it's true. You are doing great work helping your fellow inventors in your country understand that licensing is a great. option. - Andrew Krauss, inventRight Co-Founder ( Call, email, book an appointment or request more info about how we can help by visiting us here. inventright.com/contact/ )

Regarding sizzle video. ....I would go with landscape. TikTok and other brought back portrait, but Landscape is more professional when licensing. - Andrew Krauss, inventRight Co-Founder ( Call, email, book an appointment or request more info about how we can help by visiting us here. inventright.com/contact/ )

Great question. We have a negotiation coach that works behind the scenes to make sure your licensing agreement is fair. Then at the very end to save your money, we always recommend a licensing attorney to make sure everything is perfect.
Such great insights!! Awesome stuff all of you!!

you will have to find someone to create a 3-D computer generated rendering. We could make it for you, or there could be freelancers I do the same thing. But it’s a must!

I have an invention for major automotive manufacturers such as Mercedes Benz, BMW, VW, Rover, Toyota, Chrysler..... Who should hire to help me with this?
@inventRight

Very difficult category do you license to. You’re going to need intellectual property.
@inventRight

Licensing to an automotive aftermarket company would be easier. Ask your self if you could go this direction instead. For example .... a company selling 4 wheel drive accessories or something like this is a great place to invent. That's aftermarket. However licensing directly to a major auto manufacture to put a new innovation on cars coming off the line is going to be hard. Stephen commented below. He's 100% correct. Patents will be important if you want to do a deal with a major auto manufacturer and even then it will be very hard. - Andrew Krauss, inventRight Co-Founder ( Call, email, book an appointment or request more info about how we can help by visiting us here. inventright.com/contact/ )
What did you license your product for? 10% ?
