Don't strive or try because while you are doing those outward and meaningless trivial and abstract things you'll never reach that unreachable goal that you have set for yourself. Striving and trying is a certain recipe for upcoming failure.Change your mindset and your whole paradigm will suddenly shift. That's not being serious.Here's what serious and prosperous folks do: Use their Faith and Free Will to study nonstop, in that way you'll show yourself approved.Don't judge others or yourself and Pray day and night to God.When you do that you'll change like a bud into a blossoming flower that God has meant for you to be! 🙏🙄

your words have caused me tears, are tears water, wine, or oil?? I have honestly forgot ALL of who i am, i am broken, i dont even have a mustard seed of faith, i have hope, but i know hope isnt enough..i dont know if my oil was stolen or if i gave it away, i have 3 dead sons who passed individually before 10 yrs old from different reasons, and 2 remain but thier mother keeps them from me. I know i broke somewhere in the midst but i dont know where i totally slipped away. If youve got a miracle to spare, ive got hope..i feel like youve turned a light on in my house, but nobody is home, and i am lost and dont even know where home is.. i dnt know wht im asking, i dnt even know who i am, i just know im crying, i guess im supposed to be, right?? lol..ish 😂😭😥

"Yetzer hara" is also known as the "evil inclination". There is also the "yetzer tov", the "good inclination". The simple meanings. As with everything else there's more depth.

Serious question. If God wants everyone to live in eternity with Him, why is the Bible so hard to understand? Hidden messages and stories that we have to try and figure out the meanings of because of how they are written.

@becksbitofblue Not everyone starts out wanting to get connected with God, though. Curiosity helps people read the Bible, but when its to hard to understand, they give up. That was my point. So it's not that easy when not everyone understands the necessity of why we need to read the Bible. It seems like a setup to fail for many. And yes, I've been told this by people. I wanted some insight on how to help keep people interested and not giving up.

Understanding the depth of "stories" in the Torah is not 'convoluted'. You want to read simplistically, do so and be satisfied. For us, we will take every glimmer of information we can get in order to be in a closer, more intimate relationship with G-d. Torah = G-d.

The problem with the Bible is the blasphemy, it pretends to be God's word........ The Bible is written by various old people ( Men ) who wrote things down according to how they perceived " the truth" . Hence they were just human beings with human limitations who pretend to know it all, that is what makes religions dangerous, as history proves us. Believing is not knowing, if religious people would be aware of that fact, a lot of Lives and misery would have been prevented.

Including yourself since you're part of it? G-d and satan are not the same. Satan is an angel with limited abilities, given him by G-d, for a purpose. Every time we choose the Divine path, the world gets more perfect, as G-d wants it. More people choose well than you're thinking.

I believe that Satan’s « simple » mistake was to covet the Glory of G-d because it is simply irresistible but someone has to give and that we can’t… because we don’t know G-d reside in this given gift.
