When I saw this card the first thing I thought of was some Mardu jank with Kaalia (the Demon/Angel/Dragon lady). This is much simpler, and undoubtedly better. The "balance" part of my brain also did not realize the effect triggers for each attacker when I first read it, gg Wizards.

Joey why weren't you running legion warboss, it makes a goblin every turn and it itself is a goblin

@Bad Boy Gaming: You can use mutate creatures to break the legendary rule. There are 2 ways to do it. 1. You'll need 2 legendary creatures with the same name in your hand and any creature with mutate. Cast one of the legendary creatures. Then cast the creature with mutate for its mutate cost, being sure to place it on top. Then cast the second legendary creature. 2. You'll need a legendary creature, a non-legendary creature with mutate and a way to create token copies of creatures. With your legendary creature on the battlefield cast your non-legendary creature with mutate for its mutate cost, targeting the legendary creature and being sure to place it on top. Built this yesterday after I saw this and I love it! I do run a 1 of response/resurgence and 1 Aureila, exemplar of justice instead of kenny and syr alin at the moment. Really like auriela more than syr. Shes non human with a big butt and tricks. But thanks man! Loving it

Legion Warboss is faster, but not as impactful as Krenko. Kenrith giving Haste makes it so OP!

Goblin Torchbearer is an interesting card. 1 mana red goblin, with haste, sac to give other stuff haste.

That, Tin-Street Dodger or Gingerbrute seem better than Fervent Champion in this deck. All one mana 1/1s with haste but those three actually trigger Winota. Fervent is obviously the best of the four in a vacuum but if your plan is to trigger Winota as much as possible the three non-humans feel better to me.

Yeah I think fervent is there to prevent wintoa whiffs also. Its tough to balance the non human and humans in this deck. The skyknight and raise the alarm are low key the most important things in this deck as built.

Been on a steady winning streak with some minor adjustments for Traditional Standard. Only add 5 cards to speed the deck up if needed. I removed Castle Ardenvale, replaced with another Lavabrink (as you suggested) ***side board to speed up if needed, 3 Krenko and 2 Chance for Glory*** so far the main is doing the trick even when i add the 5. Can't wait to cast my 1st Chance for Glory =0)

Dude Legion Warboss.. I put this in my deck and it made it explode..Every round you are getting a token that will trigger her. I just won round 4 with Turn 1: Hawk, turn 2 raise, turn 3 Legion and turn 4 Winota. 7 triggers and the opponent is finished before their round 4

I am in the process of making a counters deck with Ozolith, Simic Ascendancy and Yorvo. I'm trying to work Colossification in with something like stony strength and have Godzilla, Primeval Champion to cycle in trample.

I came up against a similar deck but using Charming Prince and Agent of Treachery. If it wasn't for me playing am enhancement deck with ways to get hexproof I would have lost so bad. But I won surprisingly

I used my free draft and got 1000 gems with my izzet card draw non creature deck then I used the thousand gems and 500 gems of my own to go again. I went with orzhov humans and so far I’ve gone 2-0

Krenko with Winota love combo would be sicc!!

You need Anax in there mate. If they sweep the board (which is a weakness) it leaves all those lovely satyrs to trigger your winota if you play her after sweeper. Normally is GG if you do. Also legion warboss I've found to be very good.

Warboss is way better than Krenko, giving you atleast two non human procs to trigger if he survives to turn 4, Krenko would only give one.

Goblin Warboss is also awesome in this build.

In the second game, why wasn't Champion affected by the Deafening Clarion? It had 2 toughness so it should've died.

It's so weird to me still that normal Knight tokens and Soldier tokens aren't Humans!

Depends on which iteration of Mothra you're dealing with. In ALL the Godzilla movies Mothra is a female...in the Rebirth of Mothra trilogy there are 2 standard female Mothra and her son Leo who becomes Rainbow Mothra.

I would put Krenko in the deck, because he is a non- human creature that makes more non-human creatures that can trigger Winota ability even more.

Warboss is better. Makes a dude on the turn he comes down to swing with and if he survives he gets at least two Winota procs while Krenko would only give one.

broken decks now are Winota and Gyruda. You should post decks that deal with those since they make up 90% of the standard decks being played in Arena

played this exact deck, did not have this outcome...it's all in the draw...i was not lucky...or i just got stuck in a very odd rut of black/blue nonsense.
