What a gem of a melody...it evokes so much emotion on many levels...I am surprised to find there are no lyrics to this composition. I would love to hear a jazz vocalist scat this with Phil on organ, along with a great drummer and bassist performing this masterpiece at this same hard swinging tempo...Thanks for sharing!

This tune is on the Hank Mobley Soul Station album, considered to be the standard for jazz tenor sax. Great changes and fun to play.
