Oh an old Cuban tradition is Vicks cures everything I'm referring to Vicks vapor rub, Rub in your chest, massage it in until it gets warm and then put a cotton t-shirt on and that should help you too with the breathing do it to your mommy as well. Vicks good to put under eyes under your nose and around your lips if your lips feel dry I also put it on my forehead if I have a headache I tell you is the cure everything from Cubans!

I am 73 and I live with my son,it's not easy to live with an elderly parent it causes a lot of stress because you love them and worry about them,you are doing a great job 👍❤❤❤❤

I think there's actually a law that a live in caregiver can stay in the house when the elder passes. My guess is you wouldn't want to cause problems between you and your brother tho and I would agree. My sister snagged a lot of expensive items from my parents house. I let her know it was not right but I didn't fight over it. Stuff doesn't matter in the end. Love you and your channel and appreciate your openness ❤

You pay the dang mortgage, put in new furnace and have paid for repairs… he does not get the house. Doesn’t even show up to take out the trash!

I suspect things will be better with your mom after you return from Japan. She is probably nervous…and perhaps even scared…about your absence. But like many goodhearted, strong people, it makes them feel better and less vulnerable to act angry and critical than to admit feeling weak and/or fearful. You are handling things beautifully by letting go of whatever she ultimately chooses to do and realizing it might be a sign you’re meant to be somewhere else (maybe Arizona? Maybe closer to your nieces, etc.)

My husband was a bartender. He would make me a "Hot Toddy" when I was sick. He would heat brandy, lemon juice & honey together. I would drink it & go to bed. It made me sweat out the impurities & broke my fever. The next morning I felt so much better. If I was really sick, it might take 2 nights. But you need to be able to stay in bed late the next morning, so do it on a weekend is best (or stay home from work the next day). You should try it. It is an old fashioned remedy that really works. Love you! 🤧

My mom used Jack (green label) instead of brandy. But you’re right and you always felt better after sleeping and sweating it out.❤

The pink detangler brush is perfect for brushing wigs too. I liked the green apple but questioned the "piece" from the bite. The horror story tee is a "needs must" for several haulers.. When the video started i was overjoyed that you had color to your face, terrific lips, and the cet earrings really popped!! I'm still climbing down from my hill, that would call itself a "mountain", achieving the Apr. 15th deadline. When I was at the drive through at the post office I was concentrating because the whole experience had my A.D.D. on alert. A woman had pulled up behind me, and perhaps someone behind her,---not my problem, just wait your turn. SHE gave me a quick beep of the horn. I gave her a hard stare in the rearview mirror , and gave her the Whhhaaatttt hand gesture. You do not get on a Taurus last nerve. I continued on to several more enjoyable errands. xxoo A

Really it's none of my business, but speaking from 10 years of living with and taking care of my elderly mother, which included alot nursing skills ( I'm not a nurse) I think your mum is being spitful and your brother is not much better, he should of said in front of her I'll sell the house and share the money with my siblings 💜

So sorry, I’ve missed your posts since Tuesday. I had a total hip replacement. I have this best insurance, they don’t even offer it anymore. I could write a whole chapter on the difference between this experience, and the other hip replacement I had a few years ago. Same insurance, even costs more now and how fast they throw you out of the hospital, which prevents you from being able to go to rehab. So glad to see you! One of my favorites! You need more time to rest and recover, stay home tomorrow! Hugs!

Great haul!!! The heart necklace for your mom definitely looks like Chico's. I wore Chico's from the time they began the company until I retired a few years ago. I loved it!! I had a personal shopper there and had jewelry and everything that matched. I was single and had money to spend. 😂😂 Got married, and I finally donated most of it. Found out my husband never liked it😂. Hooe you get to feeling better soon. Come to Colorado, its snowing here!!❤

No one judges just concerned, but give advice. You can eat, drink & watch tv when your lungs fill up with fluid. Chill ppl on being judgmental about ppl you think are judging. We are not there to know her health.

Oh hell noooo with the house. My sister and I were afraid they would leave the house to my brother and I told them straight out we would be totally pissed. Needless to say they promised they would leave it to all of us to sell. I have no problem being selfish, my husband works hard and we need the money 😊

I’m curious to hear what your doctor says since I didn’t go to a doctor. I just used over the counter stuff. Muesinex (sp) seemed to loosen up the phlegm a bit. Then I drank lots of cough syrup.

I absolutely LOVE the gunmetal gray purse, it's so beautiful and will be great for a night out. Sometimes the pictures don't show the true color on cell phones or computers because all electronics screens are different. Glad to hear that you and your mom are doing better, prayers for healing and good health.

That brother gossip is so reality. We took care of my mom and dad and sister. We paid money to fix up the house and of course they left everything to my sister…she couldn’t take care of herself much less a cat dog or house. Sorry it is so what happens, almost every single time.

I have the perfect remedy for cough…get yourself a jar of Vicks Vap-O-Rub and rub it into the soles of your feet then put socks on. Do this when you’re ready for bed and for a few consecutive nights. You will notice your cough starting to disappear in no time flat. I have tried it and it works. The pastor that lives Nextdoor to us told me to try it. Let me know if it works for you. And you can thank Nurse Annie later. lol.
