I know Bill said he is related to some of the previous residents, but that's a bit of a strange reason to buy an ex council house in an ex mining town in West Yorkshire, he's obviously bought it as a business venture, to charge paranormal explorers to spend time there, apparently people visit nearly every day of the week, and he is probably paying Carol next door to be a sort of manager/caretaker/cleaner etc.

The only horror at 30 East Drive is the incredibly horrific interior design with relentless wall coverings, ugly carpets, and hideous furniture. If I were a spirit occupying that space, I'd be super pissed!

I can just see Fred sat on the sofa smoking a cigarette and saying" Here we go again, another investigation into my where abouts, the living are wearing the carpets out" LOL .. seriously though, I'd love to investigate this house myself.. cant wait tonight

Wow...Bill Farrar does indeed look great for 98 years old. What a legend.

That place is certainly something else. When i investigated there with you guys and Paranormal Truth for 3 days, i went in with no expectations and i was surprised with what did happen while i was there, Several things happening during the day that were completely unexplainable, and sleeping on the sofa after the lives was also an experience as Dale and Justin were upstairs, when someone definately walked down the stairs i was expecting someone to walk past the glass door. Needless to say no one did and when i asked them in the morning they had both been asleep and not moved. Washing in the bath every morning was an experience as it never felt like you were alone. Sadly i couldn't stay the whole week as i know a lot more happened, it was a privalige to investigate with you guys and glad to see you are still keeping it real and giving the public what they deserve. Hopefully we will work together again some day

Enjoyed the whole live as I always do even though I was late and watched when I got back from my own Halloween adventures but this is a really nice treat. Wishing you guys a fantastic year of hunting. Keep up the good work.

Being a intuitive/sensitive medium, I have had loads of stuff happen with me (I know it’s my family though). Like being touched/hair being played with. Had a bowl of mini Snickers in a bowl and when my back was turned I heard a sound on the coffee table like someone taking a piece of candy whilst standing and dropping it. I turn around, and it was on the table. I knew it was my dad since he loved Snickers. When I was 8 years old. I knew my grandpa died before we got the call from the hospital. My cousin told me to shut up. Then the phone rang. I also had an experience where I was standing in the front room at my grandma’s house. An icy cold passed through me and the word ‘Grandpa’ popped in my head. So I told him I loved him too. So with all that being said, the Diné teaching makes the most sense. The elder said everything is based on time. He said so you may be watching yourself right now in the Second World. Once we pass, we will then continue the time in the Fourth World. There was no mention of heaven or hell. If that made sense. We are separated by a thin veil. Hope that helps somewhat.

I can't believe people were saying that a stick was touching the camera. You could hear whatever it was breathing, and it wasn't any of you. It didn't know what the camera was. It was discovering it. hahahah. I just showed "the son" and he said he saw something approach the camera to poke and explore, but he almost crapped himself when he saw what pushed Griff. He said it was so fast coming and going he said it was "a blur". I wonder if it was curious about Griff's apnoea machine? (Assuming that's what it is). These are awesome. Thanks, dudes!

It's had 8 hours worth of editing done to it, we didn't simply download the Livestream and do a quick edit, we recorded all the footage onto our sd cards and edited it like a proper episode. Not everyone wants to watch the 3 hours of footage so this is a condensed version with replays, audio enhancement and different camera angles. New videos will be dropping starting from next week ✌️ Remember, it's all free content at the end of the day for the viewer's.

I remember hearing things happen when you're ignoring the ghosts or spirits there. They might of been feeling ignored when the blonde girl mentioned her temperature changing and menopausal and the bang happened.

The bathroom is scary before we left a Hugh hand print appeared on the mirror we compared our hands to it and nobody matched it also if you lean against the bannister on the landing you feel as if you are being lifted over the bannister that was scary

This house I torntid the monk and it felt like it was drawing me to the floor it came back home with me two weeks latter it gave me hell for two years it still comes back and forward to my old house what I will tell you be respectful and don’t taunt it because it will come for you ❤🤗👍

It’s weird because when you went to the flashback of the entity messing about with the camera, I also heard some slow breathing. It’s trying to figure out how to manipulate it but it’s breathing as if it’s starting to get frustrated.

How long does it take you guys to stage everything?

It would be cool if you could do.like a 12 hour live here. Set up a few cameras with a live feed. Let viewers watch the. And comment if they see anything. Don't know how that would work with KZread tho
