here's an old nursing trick for bad headaches: take your pain med, put regular tea bags on your eyes, cover with damp washcloth. lay down for 45 minutes to an hour. the tea and cloth help the pain medication work better.

If the product is still sealed, most of the time you can use it. Like that ABH powder of be fine. You do need to do a visual scan of any vitamin C products as they can go based if exposed to light or air. In Korean products, the word "whiten" is very similar to our word lighten. In Korean beauty standards you're going to see that they want to achieve glass skin (smooth with a natural glow, not oily). Some of the ingredients that might be used to achieve whiter skin are licorice root, niacinamide, vitamin C, and tranexamic acid. Korean skin products tend to use a lot of natural ingredients, and unlike a lot of other countries, their products go through rigorous testing before being available to the public. I love Korean products because they work, and they don't cost hundreds of dollars. 💜☮️

So when looking at Korean beauty if it says whitening it's a translation error. Basically what it means to them is brightening or glowing for the skin. They aren't going to bleach your skin or make you any paler. Promise. I was confused about this a while ago and did some research. As far as new subscription boxes a super affordable one that comes out quarterly is the Walmart one. It's super cheap and has a bunch of cute samples. I think it's a very accessible box. Cheap and easy to get. Introduces you to stuff you can literally buy at Walmart. something to think about. P.s love you so much and am literally happy to watch you do anything. I get so excited when I see a notification from you ❤

Don’t let people scare you with the expiration dates. As long as the product hasn’t been exposed to the area yet the expiration date clock doesn’t start yet so you can use all of these goodies you unboxed today.

Unopened stuff is usually good for at least a couple years... you're fine. :) And that Lunar Beauty blush palette is an absolute favourite of mine. Colours are gorgeous.

It's Japanese snacks, always comes with some form of Ramen, a Japanese drink, and a different flavor sample bag of Kit Kats every month, among other glorious treats. I highly recommend it!❤

I've had migraines for years. Taking chelated magnesium daily really does help. Get yourself some ice packs for your head. Amazon has many amazing options. I found a hat that looks like a normal beanie, but it's secretly an ice pack that I would use at work and in public. Oh, if light-sensitivity is a problem, invest in a pair of FL-41 tinted glasses. ❤

I second the magnesium, I love the ice caps, the like compression hat things for migraines and the heating pad hats. I hove anything that will give a positive sensation to my head when it's on fire. Prescription Nurtec saved my life, went from 2 migrainesna day to just a few a week

You know what might be fun? Trying to find boxes from the same subscription from the same months BUT different years to see what has changed. Love your videos 🥰

My mom had a little silk makeup bag where she kept her Coty face powder compact and a red lipstick that she wore for her wedding. I remember the lipstick was in a very fancy gold tube, and had clearly been a splurge. She had an eyebrow pencil, too, but I don't remember her mascara. At some point I bought her a Maybelline Great Lash. But she used the other stuff for 43 years. Her eyebrow skills were top notch. The red lipstick was the perfect shade for her, too.

I missed this notification, probably because I've got some mystery illness that's causing me to fall asleep for about 18 hours! I'm awaiting blood work to be done but I keep missing my appointments 😂 Charmeuse: funny, I bought some paint in the shade charmeuse during lockdown and never got around to painting my bathroom. I'll go to the hardware store at least twice a year to get the paint shaken again so I can get to painting but I still haven't done it! 🤦🏼‍♀️Now I'm currently looking for another colour because I want my bathroom painted blue but oh boy, the amount of blue to choose from is overwhelming. Charmeuse IS fabric! Its a really soft satin, the kind used to make slips and chemises. Traditionally it was made of silk. Really good charmeuse feels cool yo the touch and the satin side is slippy and soft and the bavk has the barest hint of peach fuzz suede feeling. Most charmeuse is made with polyesters now so you dont get the true luxury feel.

For migraines....get a Daith piercing. (The inner flap of skin in your ear) I haven't had a migraine in years. My sister has had a great reduction in number. A friend no longer has them & her son only has them on one side now. (He's going back in a few months to get the other side.) It's been life changing for me!!

As a caffeine lover and Wellbutrin taker, the meds can drastically increase your sensitivity to caffeine and I noticed when I drank my usual amount of coffee each day I was sick to my stomach and super shaky and jittery. With adjustments to the dosage it got better, plus I instantly noticed a MASSIVE difference in my anxiety and focus especially when I remember to take it daily. Oh also there are two versions of Wellbutrin/buproprion - one lasts 12 hours and the other lasts 24 hours. The 12 hour version was too intense for my brain and caused extra intense shakiness, and personally I do much better on the 24 hour release version and have been steady on it for a couple of years now and it changed my life along with taking Paxil at night. Good luck to you on your meds journey!! 🫶
