2:46 is this the final security checkpoint at NAIA Terminals? Because in US and other country airport departures has only one final security checkpoint which is before the waiting and boarding areas that has a lot of restaurants and stores.

Nothing irregular. Random ETD inspection is implemented all over US airports.
