Sounds like it's better if he sticks to 1v1. Really bad when people like this play RT (for others, RT means "random team", meaning matchmaking assigns the teammates). They get a teammate with a much higher Win/Loss than themselves, play very badly, cause the team to lose, and then ON TOP OF THAT, get angry and blame the higher skilled teammate who was playing more optimally.

grubby in tryhard mode is such a different beast from normal relaxed grubby. relaxed grubby would have talked to the guy and made him see the error of his ways, tryhard grubby just goes for the jugular. never change grubby. both versions of you are needed!

Any aoe dispel ends Blight, least there is a building there to "regenerate" it. Figured that on the campaign, cuz I hated the look of blighted ground on human towns

Wisp, priest and tauren walker can dispel blight, provided it's not actively in range of a blight generating undead structure. Building a building on the area also clears blight in a radius too, with the same rule. In effect, you can clean up leftover blight, but you can't use this as a more direct siege tactic if I'd still has buildings there. Since fast expand blight is thrown down by an item, it's, as the saying goes, free real estate

Its something many pros do in games that can have very high apm, at the start there is usually not much to do so they keep the apm higher. Reasons might differ though between "staying in the zone", for fun or just because they can or whatever xD

always enjoy the content even though I never know what is actually going on, but I have 1 question and I am honest it is a general question from someone who doesn't play this game. In most if not all games I have watched the heros stay around level 5-6 sometime lower by the time the game ends, are there ever games where heros actually get to level 10 or it just not that common at this level of MMR?

Grubby had Alchemist 9 fighting for his life against Blademaster 10 just a few days ago, it does happen. 1v1s usually end sooner than that, especially with heroes that have game-winning ultimate abilities (DH, for example). Neither Blademaster or Alchemist have that type of ultimate, which is one reason that match went as high as it did

Grubby, discovered you a month ago. You are a treasure to gaming. Your personality and content quality is reminiscent of the golden era of streaming (Swifty, Athene, Hotted, etc..) I played Reign of Chaos and was anti Frozen Throne back in the day. The greatest thing to come from WC3 imo was Winter Maul Wars. Could you make a video with a game of WMW? Imo it was as great as DOTA in regards to design. Good times.

use to love this game back in the day, trying to play online now and i just get stomped ive only played like 4 games and it was pretty brutal. i wonder if its trying to calibrate my elo because ive never played online, watching the low elo players from your streams they dont have huge armies at like 12 minutes with like 3 heros....... im exaggerating the timeframe cause i dont have clock when playing but yeah seems crazy fast.

@@G1ingy I would say for at least 80% of his losses, he says the following: “BG” “Die” “Get Cancer” He also mixes in derogatory or homophobic slurs during most of these outbursts. Even when he wins, he will sneak in the occasional “gg” or “ez”. Overall, I am sure this is a case of “any attention is good attention” but this guy is not someone that I expect to make it into heaven.

Grubb. Nelf vs Orc! The best setup: archer dryad mix. 6-6. Never mass dryad, it ain't work. Later on You need to defend it, so You need 2 Mg's. So setup:1-2-3 heroes, prefer 2 on small map, 50%arch-50%dryad, 2 fully upgraded Mg's, 1-2 or 2 bear on T2 for reju only, no more! No transform. They just for heal and roar! Leave them behind. tonns moonwell possible, Just imagine,if You play ork, u do not Beat (2 Mg, 12 archer, 12 dryad,) ;) or just very hardly. ;) Believe MEH! i good Amnezia Haze has showed that Vision for me., 😅😂😉

I wonder why the aow is never uprooted before the creeps are pulled, is there a reasoning behind this?

The uprooted tree generates more aggro, so I would guess Grubby is waiting for the creeps to run closer into the ancient's melee range before triggering their target shift. The tree needs to be in contact with both the creeps and the treeline to be very effective, it's inefficient and micro intensive to do the slow stutter step you see Grubby do when the ancient needs to heal but also keep dealing damage

​@@bofpwet9500 Pretty much. If the ancient uproots early, the ranged creeps will retarget the ancient while still close to their max range, and that's a long distance and time for the tree to wall, and not be hitting things.

Night elf advantages: Moonwell for the best burst and 'free' healing in the game. Only race with benefits from the day/night cycle, ultravision and hide. Tier 1 dispel With wisps Gets roar, so scroll of the beast can usually always be sold for great value. Staff of sanctuary probably the best denial tool in the game Production buildings and static defenses can self-heal, relocate, and fight. Only race that can make quickly paths through forest
