Exactly the same for me, I have only played Disturbed a few times, and it is brilliant. Tom just gets under my skin. Every night, I listen to all his songs, at least once

That’s a great reaction. The fact that you can say that it’s as good or maybe even better as disturbed, when Tom is singing live is a great compliment to both versions.

I also saw the video and was blown away and totally emotionally affected even more by the way he sings the song and moved to tears by it. And I was very aware of Tom Ball last year on Britain's got talent when he came in second place to Axel who was the comedian.

He pulled me in immediately!

It’s very difficult to take a highly successful, popular classic song and make it your own. And at the same time showcase your own talent. Tom Ball succeeded in doing all that, and more.

Love the original. Spent hours and hours in my dads car listening to that album. Love the disturbed version. Epic. But you’ve got to say, and I think you are, that this guy is pretty special. I think he’s going to go big

Check out his version of Creep. I honestly wasnt a huge fan of this version of the song the first time I listenedto it, but every time you listen to it it gets better and better. He has full music videos of Creep and Sound of Silence

I mentioned in a comment of another reaction video you just did, that I would go and listen to other videos you have reacted too, so I chose this one because I love this song. Simon and Garfunkel were back in my younger years and I absolutely loved to hear them sing his song. Now many, many years later I listen to David Draiman’s ( Disturbed) singing this song and was very impressed with his performance. Now watching this video Tom Ball sung this song so beautifully. I’m happy I decided to come to your channel and check something new. This was amazing. I’m a DEAR at heart but I do enjoy listening to other artists. I did tell you to check out the metal singer Dan Vasc, and said to check out his version of Amazing Grace, but he too sings “ The Sound of Silence “. So which ever one you would like to listen to I’m sure you’ll appreciate Dan’s amazing version of both songs.🎼🎶🎤❤️

Those vocals and that video touches the soul. Made me cry. Amazing song, relevant today more than ever.

Hi guys. There is a Asian contest called SUPER VOCAL.and on it 3 guys did this song in English and killed it. Please check it out. Song came out in either 2019 or 2020. The contest had a really good band and orchestra too. Contest had some really fine singers on it.

I think this is the best version of this song I’ve ever heard. Definitely better than Disturbed or Pentatonics and I like both of their renditions.

To the makers of this video i have a suggestion: Here goes: Probably you could do a comparison video of who sang it best between Tarah Bloch Vere singing her cover version of The Sound of silence on the Voice of Norway 8 months ago vs Tom Ball also singing his cover version of The Sound of silence here on the All stars edition of America's got talent .After listening to both performances in the comparison video i would really love to hear your opinion as to which of the two versions you preferred and why ( Tom Ball or Tarah Bloch Vere).

Dimash Kudaibergen, a Kazakh singer singing Queen's The Show Must Go On in a Chinese singing competition for professional singers. You are great reactors. Will you react. To Marcelito Pomoy's cover of Celine Dione and Andrea Bocelli song " The Prayer " rom 107.5 Bus fm. He was the contestant of The Champions America Go Talent and sang the song called " Con te Partiro " unique style of singing.

Listen to the new release by him. The orginal was when I was younger. It was revelent then ,and sadly is now. I think this man has done great justice to this song. I like it better then the orginal.

I thought the same about maybe liking Tom better than Disturbed, but it's too close for me to pick. I think like you, I've heard Disturbed so much, but also Tom seems to have more power and like his version of the song.
