this GUY CALLED the OWNER because He was worried I was going TO MOW IT ALL DOWN

Want to make my life easier?
One of the best ways to help me out is to give our channel a well worded 5 star review on google.
You see sometimes it's hard to convince people that the work I do is not a scam but with your help I can become the most rated and highest reviewed lawn care professional in the world. This is a ridiculous goal and im not going to lie it would be a really awesome flex in my industry lol BUT the key factor is that your testimony of my work may be the one remark that helps me to help one more person in need.
Here is a link that will take you to the review page.

Some folks don't understand that having trees growing that close to the house will eventually cause problems for the property. Ugh, I feel your frustration

Plus, the owner should be considering a second exit way in case of fire. I appreciate his desire for privacy but their safety should outweigh that in a situation like this.

I understand the owners wish to keep the privacy on the borders between neighbors and busy streets. My neighbor and I share a 10ft overgrown hedge and we both are happy with it. This property still looks neater and better than before.

What, I couldn't concentrate with all that damage..lol. No secret code words in the description today. 😂 Last week it was really funny to see how many people actually read the description and all the funny comments people came up with I had to concentrate. You did make an improvement but you wete limited in what the owner would allow you to do. I like the way he was so particular about not cleaning up the ower grown mess and the house was a mess. I find it weird that the insurance didn't cover fixing this property from the hurricane. Nobody should live in that disaster. Each to their own. Even if you got to cut the grass, that made a huge improvement. Good job. 👏😎

So Kevin, I know this post is a couple of years old but “Woah”! You were able to express your feelings vividly! To take the time for self care while feeling depressed is to be commended .i stumbled upon your channel and have watched a few videos on people’s property and their possible new outlook on life. I hope you and people like you will keep creating a positive sense of community in our hurting World. I’m thankful for KZread for creating a platform that you can utilize to do these important gifts and gestures to the needy. I am a retired nurse. I enjoyed being of service to my community. I have developed Congestive Heart Failure so I can’t breathe without assistance of oxygen . I hope if I have needs, that my community will help me and my family too. In case you find more 'sharps' in your work: keep an empty detergent/fabric softener bottle in your truck and write "SHARPS" on it. Then, if you find more during your work, you can properly dispose of it so no one else will get into them. Check with your area to find out how/where to get rid of the bottle when it's 3/4 full. It would be just another small (but important) way to help out people in the area.

Kevin, you did an awesome job as always, even though you really wanted to do more. You did respect the homeowner's request, as well as gave us another great video. Was that an electric trimmer? I never thought I would see the day when you actually had one with you. Hopefully it works out for you. You are a bright light to someone else's life!!! You brighten a homeowner/renter's day when you show up to mow their yard. You, Kevin, are making a huge difference in this world. You have started a movement of others doing free yard work, and that movement will continue to grow each and every day. You have touched the lives of the people, who are now doing free yard work, and made a big difference in their lives as well. God is using you to make a huge difference. May God continue to Bless you and your family each and every day. Best wishes from Southern Oklahoma.

That is tough when people have wreckage from a hurricane. Thanks for doing what you could to help. At 1:56, there was already a sizeable improvement. The place looks neat from the neighborhood, the yard has larger areas of ordered space. Of "The Five Love Languages".....you gave a gift, gave service, gave time, gave encouragement and "touch" wasn't possible, though a handshake or something would have done it. Sense of humor, might have been a good time to zip tie the mailbox to the fence. Interesting if you were just a hair ahead of a city violation notice. Thank you for honoring his wishes and for making the corner safer for traffic visibility.

GREAT job Kevin! It's looking so much better than it did. Really Kev.... when I see property like that, is just needs to be demolished. A reality check for safety purposes! Thanks for sharing this video... this sub will keep watching ❤❤

I like the idea that the owner isn't ignoring the property. But wanting privacy in such a nice-looking neighborhood and the way he's going about it, is what's got me. He really needs to "PLAN..." his landscaping. This is a mess. And by picking the right stuff, it might even be a lower maintenance lawn, and look lovely. You know he didn't read the instructions...LOL!
