Dude i'm in a wheelchair & this guitar is so confortable to use. I'm so happy I found it. It weight perfectly & the size is great. I used the steinberger before & it's great but the weight of the donner makes me love this one more.

Another fantastic product by Donner. I have a few of their pedals, and a Bass guitar by them. I don't need any more electric guitars at the moment but Donner will definitely be a consideration when I do based on how good the Donner P bass is. Tons of value in every one of their products.

This is much more worth buying than the previous one Also love the industrial look

Donner Hush-I is a decent travel guitar. Hush-X is a huge upgrade, pretty amazing considering the low cost and the creative features.

Sean, can you offer more details on the neck -- the radius, the depth/thickness of the neck at the 1st and 12th frets, and the shape of the carve (thin C, thick U, D, etc)? Donner does not provide this information anywhere publicly, but it's the deciding factor in every guitar for me. Thanks for any details.

Would love to see this with a Les Paul scale and block inlays. The ability to change the leg bar to sit like a Jazzmaster would also be great.

How do the frets feel, and hows the action.

Can you turn the bottom leg support around so it sits more like a Jazzmaster?

Is it possible to run this through a phone or laptop to add effects? Trying to get a high gain metal crunch type sound

I say this all the time I see something I like, "I NEED THAT IN MY LIFE!!" even though i really don't. But this one I know I need in my life lol

Changing the strings on this guitar looks like more fun than eating ice cream. I think that bottom piece can face either way. The short end facing the back of the guitar might be more comfortable resting on the leg?

Just ordered it. Was really confused between 1 vs X. Still confused lol. But ergonomics says hush-X it is. I love acoustic sound but i already have epiphone accoustic so hush X fits better. I wish it came with basic effects.

Whats the sound quality like through the earphones. I'm due to go traveling and won't be able to take an amp

I was not impressed with the ones that shipped with mine. I got better results with Koss' "The Plug" - 20 bucks last time I bouth them.

How does it hang on a strap? That’s not a neck pickup.

How do you change the strings on them? I haven’t watched it all yet just thinking.

You play guitar great but you need training on box opening.😂 I travel with an acoustic Hush. I love it but I had to work on it lots before it played well. Action was out of sight with way too much relief and the strings and bridge saddle weren’t lined up with the neck. I should have returned it and requested another but I was needing for a trip so I just fixed it. After I fixed all that it plays great. I always play it unplugged in hotel rooms.

I found out it is 25.5". I was really hoping for 24.75" like the other version.

Nice that it comes with a tuner (and all those accessories), but where do you clip it on? Isn't the body too thick?

Hi @@terratex904 Thanks for the reply. I watched the video again but I still don't see how it attaches to the headstock (looks too wide for a clip-on). Idk, it's probably just me. A tuning pedal would certainly work but not practical for the "road". Defeats the purpose of traveling light. At least after viewing for the second time I "got" the intro joke." Hush X...Twitter". Funny SD.

I wonder whether Donner paid the reviewers to give this guitar a good review because seems many guitar KZreadrs review it and pretty much say the same things as if they’re reading from a list

Like the demo, the donner hush X I received has buzzing string noises from 6th to 8 th frets. Truss rod and bridge adjustment does not help. The pickup sounds thin, even the humbucker. The idea is good, but quality wise or the execution leaves much to be desired. I would put it at $150. You will have to spend another $200 to make the guitar a $350 guitar. The quality is like their other $150 guitars.

Appreciate the video, but that practice amp makes this guitar sound a lot worse than it actually is.

Looks like a very cool guitar but do have a question, will it hang on a guitar hanger on the wall (without the headstock) and also stand upright on a guitar stand? Undue the strings and put the pieces together on the opposite side if you get the right handed lmao

What phill said… rearrange strings and flip the body pieces around on opposite sides .. input will be on top though .. should still work .. Hendrix made his strat work for him 😊

To be honest, doesn't sound really convinng to me. ...very flat, dimensionless, midrange thin. Maybe the PUs are shit...

Just buy a Steinberger instead.

. @NiqScott The original Steinbergers, yes. The ones they're selling now with the Steinberger name on them do not compare to the originals. I had one and got rid of it. A used original is cost prohibitive at this point.

It's whisper quiet without the amp.... Every play I've heard of the silent guitar has them sounding louder than what you actually hear.

"How many other guitars come with a cable?" Literally every single one of them come with those cheap ass cables. "Output to a speaker, oh an input for a speaker" Wow, dude, you are clueless.
