For the writing on the cooler, a friend told me to write over it with a dry erase marker & it'll come right off. It works to remove permanent markers on things also!

Nothing better than country yard sales! Sometimes I see Amish people filling up their buggy at sales which I still get so excited about every time!

I had a good laugh when you comped that old farmer's coveralls, too funny! Sweet corn cost $1 an ear this summer on Long Island, NY. What a deal at 25 cents!

😮 the little tv! We had either that one or one very similar when I was growing up. We took it in the car with us on vacation. It would sit between the front seats and plugged into the ciggarette lighter. It is supposed to have rabbit ears. We would watch VHS movies to keep us entertained on the way there and back.

I loved that car.

My first car was a 1977 Camaro Rally Sport. Then in 2011 I bought a 2011 Camaro Rally Sport. Loved both of those cars.

Teacher trick Kevin. To get sharpie writing off a surface take an expo marker and color over the writing then wipe with a clorox wipe and presto, gone.

To get permanent marker off just use a dry erase marker over the permanent (if it’s on plastic). It comes right off

Yes, as a Pyrex collector, the standard response is, "Always buy the lids!"

The missing eyeballs are an easy fix. There are 2 things you could do. First, have your wife sew up a small 'pirates' eyepatch for it to sew on it by hand. Second, you can find a button that looks close to the original or just pop out the other and replace it with two new ones. Either way, it becomes salable to someone again.🙂

Well, since I'm 60 & single ,... if I met her at that yard sale...I would be hoping that 'cupid' would be targeting her for me..! (That would have respectfully been THE score of the day-- and of course, I would have paid anything she wanted for the cookie jar, from her 1st birthday! Lol) You never know what you might 'find' on the yard sale trail, besides...bargains !! Lol ;]

I brought home a stack of playboys once. My wife was not thrilled.. I immediately took them to the nearest dumpster. We all make bad buys from time to time lol.

Thought sure you would have taken those Coleman coolers. To get the writing off just get some rubbing alcohol and cotton swabs and that should do the trick with minimal effort.

On the cooler just get a wet paper towel it comet on it and it rubs right off
