At 46:10 , when you shot a bandit, he was yelling not to shoot. That is because it is considered a bad tone among stalkers to fight during emissions(And I guess it is implemented in GAMMA as well)

No, he was a mechanic so he didn't have any weapons on him, so when NPC's without weapons see enemies they just run around and yell not to shoot, it's a thing in pretty much any stalker game if NPC is unarmed

We were going to get that, but the last time it was attempted, the devs just ended up getting sidetracked and made a completely different game in the process. That's cool I guess but I literally don't give a shit, I just want to play normal STALKER in coop, not some MMO or deathmatch or horde mode thing. The new animations were cool, however.

There is a better Deagle than the golden one, but doesn't look anywhere as cool (kinda bland modern look with a picatinny rail I believe, I put an ACOG on mine and it's the perfect mutant hunter since .357 is plentiful).

I think poor Drew was too busy worrying about the radiation to see the two wee Deags on the Mercs and I can't blame him but damn, what a loss

The dillema between "better play it safe" and "why did i even chose this mode if i'm going to play it like a coward and not fully experience it?" is the thin line of addiction that only stalker walks perfectly

42:12 has to be my favourite part of this entire video. The fact that the bodies that he finds are the people he interacted with before really sells how dynamic, active and alive the world of the game is. Everything feels like its happening in the moment. The world goes on around you instead of revolving around like most other games do. The fact that Anomaly is a mod made by a handful of madmen never ceases to amaze me, and makes me wonder how far a game can be pushed gameplay wise. Its almost audacious that AAA studios havent managed to reach this level of immersion.

Actually that bodies were not the people he interacted before. Just from the same faction. That bodies are part of repeatable quest about "squad that disappeared"(the one where you use rf receiver to find their bodies) . The moment he looted pda from one of the bodies that quest got updated. Although things he implied are possible in this game he definitely was mistaken this time.

@@kagerouge9007 actually not always, there is at least one more possible location for that quest bodies on that map. Once found them near bonfire in southeastern part of the map. All maps have 2-3 possible spawn points for such bodies. Even the little one betwen cordon and dark valley have at least two such points.

Thanks man! This episode is nearly 15 hours of gameplay recorded AFTER Ep 1. I try to cut all the slow, boring questing and only leave in the highlights. Trust me, it's HARD squeezing 15 hours into 1.5 hours lol

Hey I also have adhd and have massive problems sleeping, I'd watch u just play in real time if u could upload four or five hour vids, I'd watch most nights. Between u, karma and moidowg I kinda get thro the week but it doesn't take me long to get bored of the same old same old so thanks for something new!!! Ish... I check daily for another episode of this series. I suck so bad at this game that I’m unable to play it, so I look for these lol

I paused 15 mins in, not knowing how long I was into the video and thought I'd be 30 or more and got really excited that I had so much more drewski to watch. I Highly enjoy your gameplay man. Just so you know, since you were pondering it at ~ 30:00, boxes yote by poltergeists still roll their junk/meds loot table when broken on impact. It's worth checking around after poltergeists throw tantrums because the boxes will still drop some sometimes good stuff.

I could write an essay on STALKER and what it means to me and how it's made me feel over the past 13 years that I've been playing various iterations of the game. This game, this world and story mean a lot to me. I feel like you portray the feeling of the universe extremely well, especially in a non-mainline entry in the series like anomaly. Those quiet moments in a base while some random loner strums a nameless tune on a guitar, or a quiet conversation and some laughter between STALKERS are some of the most atmospheric moments in any game I've ever played, Juxtaposed by the building, on edge tension of exploring a new area. Not knowing if a bloodsucker or controller or a monolith squad is waiting for you. Glad to see it on the channel. A lot of youtubers don't do the STALKER universe justice.

Spoiler: 42:15 this really gives you chills and the feel that the zone is alive... Like, there is always something happening. You met them, talked to them. And the next day they're dead. If you really roleplay, or you just love the vibe this game gives. It can even feel sad. Gosh, I love this game...

I'm so glad you decided to make this series, STALKER is one of those games that deserves all the praise and attention it can get, especially the massive effort the modding community did to keep it alive and on par with AAA games 15 years after it's release.

My GOD that moment you had 2 HP had me on the edge of my seat. You're so calm and collected but I could feel that tension.

Your stalker videos are like watching a really suspensful movie with a protagonist that constantly breaks the 4th wall. It's awesome.

42:04 I just love how in STALKER GAMMA you dont even have to participate in the world around you and it completely works on it's own. It's almost cinematical how the story of the world evolves. And your in the middle of it.....

It's what a lot of AAA games lack. Even the "Open" World games feel on rails and linear, like the newer Far Cry or Assassins Creed. I love that emergent gameplay, where you don't feel like the main character, and the systems in game themselves create a unique depth to things. Sometimes these things clash together independently of you in a glorious mix creating entirely new situations, and you can also tackle things differently each time depending on what is happening and what suits your character best at that moment in time. Reminds me of Kingdom Come Deliverance actually, and no surprise that was a kickstarted game by a first time dev, and it's like a 10/10 game IMO. Hardcore reminds me of Ironman Stalker in a way. AAA games are so disappointing these days.

Hey Drewski, if you haven't figured it out yet, your 'grenade launcher' key acts a scope modifier as well. In the case of the SKS, pressing that key with a PU scope on it will take your eye off the scope and you give you kind of a braced hipfire. Other guns (such as the AK105 Specialist) have canted sights and the like, and this key will toggle those as well. The keybinds aren't very well explained.

I really love these longer videos. They’re so good to sit down with and watch while eating or hanging out or pretending to do work. Also they give me the same feeling of watching old Frankie DayZ videos under my covers on school nights and lemme sat that is one hell of a nostalgia boost

Everything is so damn cinematic! From the Rostok checkpoint bandit ambush to fight with the poltergeists, to almost getting microwaved by an emission with seconds to spare. Talk about nail biting.

I can't get over how unpredictable the AI is during a fight. They're always moving, always flanking, and it makes every single fight tense as hell. Never fails to impress me.

Loving the music idk if you put that there or if you have an editor but around 42:00-minute mark where those clear skies guys got wiped out and the ominous music in the background just sells! keep up the great work loving the Drewski Gamma playthrough!

You can always use a mod called 'Fun Allowed Loadouts" if you want to skip a fair bit of the scrounging hobo phase as well as using the fast travel system a bit more freely.

loving this series, it’s super thrilling and interesting. you’re editing makes it even better, I love the music synced jump cuts.

I want to say Drewski, thank you for putting out that first GAMMA video. It got me back into Stalker and I've been having a blast with it since. As of typing this comment I just managed to fully fix up and fully mod an exosuit and it genuinely feels like I have the power of god in my palms. All that hard work has finally payed off and the feeling is indescribable. Been playing this save for at least 2 weeks and the amount of time I've put into it is insane. Again, thank you so much man. Stalker has really been filling in that video game drought for me.

Just wanted to say I've been really enjoying this series! Love your edits where you've added music and cutting, it makes it really cinematic.

A pure Ironman playthrough of GAMMA is nuts haha. I played with three lives and it has never felt so good to graft and craft and salvage my first decent gun in 20 hours of painstaking gameplay. Honestly an Ironman 'lite' is the only way to truly get that Stalker experience. The tension at times is insane.

I loved the part where Drewski said "It's Drewsking time" and started Drewsking everywhere.

Drewski, your edits and narration are nothing short of spectacular man. These videos surpass "just playing the game" and elevate to a whole storytelling experience. I was genuinely bummed out when your stalker comrade died because you guys had been through some shit. Stalker Anomaly is a world full of stories, and you tell them beautifully.

Watching you work on that SKS was cathartic, I just figured out that maintaining parts uses up the repair kits this morning! Painful, labourious, and yet very rewarding to figure things out and make progress - that's GAMMA in a nutshell. Grateful that you brought it to my attention

I don't know if you already knew this Drewski, but as far as I know Boars get one/two - shotted in their rear with shotty. It's even described in PDA in the mutants section that their rear is a weak spot. Actually, I think PDA contain information of the mutants weak spots as long as I remember it correctly. Anyway, nice video, made me wanna play too. UPD: I downloaded the game today. And I've found out that PDA doesn't contain information about weak spots. Guess the right choice will be to google them up..

Makes me want to re-live the stalker experience myself. i had downloaded the anomaly mod but had no idea the weapon repair and survival aspects had been ramped up quite as much as they had. After having completed every native game on master it was a real slap back to feeling like a bambi when first loading up anomaly. I'll definitely be looking up the discord for this. That MP-133 served me so well in my playthrough, It actually got to the point that I was disappointed with my "upgrade" once I found and repaired a better gun -- I managed to get a STEYR AUG 3 fully functional with an ACOG and a USP Tactical with a silencer as a sidearm. Nothing could beat those massive 12ga slugs just dropping bandits like sandbags. Plus the 5.56 for the AUG was kind of hard to come by since no trader was selling it yet.

I loved the part where he said Its Drewski time and he Drewski'd all over them it was so funny.

Love how the ironman concept makes each shot that much more detrimental... I was shitting myself when you could move and had a hard time making it back inside during the last gunfight...

This series inspired me to start playing through the og games campaigns. I never played clear sky of Call of Pripyat. Excellent editing and very enjoyable video. Looking forward to the next one.
