This tank is actually insane when it’s top tier. If you have any td campaign missions where you need to do a percentage of the enemy teams hp this is the tank to do it in.

If I was in your place against 5,6,7 enemies completely alone, I would get rushed by all of them at the same time, and my game would be over in 2 minutes...

That Firefly threw the game. His gun could have penned and killed you in 2-3 shots. He should have never rammed you lol

One of my all time favourite tanks. I would never trade it in.

​@Guardian831 why? The tank claps, has great armor, can easily influence a match if you're top tank. The only downside is the mobility and aim time, which is pretty much negated by the positives

@@rodneymercado7195 because 8/10 you will be playing against T9s - which your gun can't pen and your armour doesn't work against. This tank struggles against T8s even, it's a dedicated seal clubber - how many bad games are you willing to eat, for that decent one.

@Lucid Nonsense not in my experience, have I faced them? Yes, but more often than not I've been top tank against tier 5 to 7 and in those matches - honestly, it's seal clubbing time

Saw this game live. QB just taking advantage of the poor little seals at the end 😂

Hate being lower tier against this tank, even with premium shells it's difficult to pen it to the front beyond the round gun turrets on its sides.

Yo that looked like Old School KV with Fridge Turret and 107mm gun against tier 4s. Brutal.

Just like a top tier Matilda, protect your sides and then just do pretty much what you want, when you want and to who you want :-)

@@brolysupersaiyan1634 It's my to go tank when thigs haven't been going right with higher tier tanks. I've stuck a turbo on it and gun rammer and it just puts a smile on my face, especially if you are top tier 🙂

Still have my T28 Concept and the crew for it, but i havent touched it for some years now, because, too often i did end up again Tier 9 Tanks, which i cant reliable pen even with gold ammo and this abysmal gun dispersion ... like we all just saw in this video ...

If you are running the same setup as qb, drop the vents in this situation for improved aiming, it will be way better.

It still surprises me that no one knows about the MG turrets being another 2 weak points. So if your lower tier, use premium rounds but equal or higher tier just use standard rounds.

Wanna know something really illegal .... BZ-176 vs tier 6 .... (On the bright side the Hong Kong servers only have +1/-1 mm ....)

It's far from broken. The aim time is ridiculous, the reload time is also ridiculous. Definitely isn't fast when not using rockets, and very slow traversing. Have I been taken out by one, yes, a couple of times, and it's always been from a tandem attack - only once was it solo, but even then, I was on low health. On the flip side, I've chewed them up, you just have to be smart and know how to play. You need to learn how to play better and smarter if you actually believe the tank is broken.

"Be more aggressive" funny 9/10 i try that i get killed within seconds but that's always been the way for me in WoT... if i try to push i get insta killed, if i try to be more careful my team just pushes ahead and i get bad score not all of us have the QB luck

If you play assault TDs like the T28 HTC you need to make sure your flanks are secure and your weakspots are somewhat concealed, you also have to co-ordinate with other HTs and MTs to cover your flanks while you soak up the shots for them. Be aggressive is not the same as being reckless, WoT is a game that all about taking CALCULATED risks.

i had a game the other day with the T28 HTC were i did 3.7k damage 3,6k blocked, 1.4k assist and 7 kills. was a full tier 7 and 6 game. WP QB bullying the tier 5 players :).

I played this vehicle on Console for the first time last year and it was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. It’s slow, has ZERO armor, and the novelty wacky gun traverse was useless as I kept getting penned by TIER 6 TANKS in those awful side turrets. This is truly one of those premium tanks that has aged incredibly poorly, seeing as it’s one of the oldest in the game - it needs to be mega-buffed.

Definitely not my experience, especially if I'm top tier - I block mostly everything angling correctly, and punch holes in enemy tanks. It can easily influence a battle at top tier.

I dunno, if it's somehow different in a major way on console, but it absolutely doesn't need a buff on PC. You can hide one side turret by proper angling and the other by having hard cover on the other side, leaving only the small cupolas on top as a true weak point. Sure it is not the fastest tanks, but that is why you drop a turbo on it. The real big down side is the gun depression, but if it did have lets say even 7 degrees, I think it would be OP as heck.

I get too greedy too quick when I’m top tier in a heavily armored tank. I know better but it’s too much fun seeing the panic in the little medium pinging off your front and trying to find a way out. Haha

It's a fun seal clubber, but when facing 8 tiers and even some of the 7 it can be painful, cause you're armor starts to be meaningless, especially with huge side turrets weakspots.

Such an epic tank lol one of my favs on blitz it does amazing for me one of my highest number of aces in it specially when top tier theres just like nothing your enemies can do if you are poking around a corner even some tier 8s cant pen ofc unless your out in the open or need gun depression your gonna struggle a bit XD

I really want to get this tank. I've finished 3 sets of the missions. The ones that I'm struggling with are MT 11, where you need to set another person on fire, and the LT missions. Lights are the one class in this game where I just SUCK. I've watched many videos on how to set them up, play them, etc., but I just cannot seem to make them work for me.

The set tank on fire mission is mostly just luck, use something with high rate of fire, and if possible spec into deadeye perk to help you get more crits. It'll happen eventually. I'm not myself a great LT player either, but managed to scrape through those missions nonetheless. Just gotta keep trying and sometimes hope a bit of luck to get into a good matchup in Prokhorovka (especially with LT15).

true, I traeded my Christmas ISU-152K against the Skoda T-27. And WoT told me, cause of this i cant get the 152K back, just against credits. I only can buy it full price. So i decide to not trade a tank away in the future.

Hey QB! I was wondering what kind of mods you use to make the game look better. I wanted my game to look like that but I even cranked my settings to the max and still cannot get that good looking texture imo.

We had such a great time platooning with these when they first came out. Top tier, we just charged in and wiped out the reds.

In Tier7 the Chi-To SP is where it's at. I have multiple 4-5k damage battles, my best being in a Tier9 MM (5k damage + 3k spotting). IMO way better TD than the HTC.

Oh i would never trade T28HTC, i love that thing and the only thing stopping me from playing it all the time is that it's not premium. Sad part is that in 280 something games i've got in this kind of MM only twice, once against 2 platoons that focused me first (as they should) and i lost, and another time where again i was against 2 platoons, but my 2 platoons worked with me so we won. Otherwise i love this tank and can't stop laughing at how many players don't know it's weak spots.

You can make the same video with an object279e in a tier 8 match. With this tank people can pen with gold rounds the side cupolas. The object279e dont have this "frontal" weakspots.

Omg I got to play with QB and didn't even know. My name is marabuuh and I was second on xp on that game, I can't believe it lol.

2 years ago I did that mistake and Traded this tank, From time to time I miss this tank.

@ 8:24 Those optimistic statements of yours made me believe I can get a nice tank for free. This week’s missions are: 2 000 damage upon spotting in a battle... Complete "all conditions" in each of 5 battles... Seriously? Does someone consider this comparable with "win 5 battles" or "be among top 10 in 5 battles"? Those conditions are in relation to other players’ performance, but 2 000 is an absolute treshold. I realize one should make quite an effort to get that reward, but in all those years of playing the game I had maybe like 10 battles with over 2k spotting damage - and now I need 15 (3 missions)? It’s just cruel to give someone a false hope...

Read the mission objective again. It's not just assisted damage via spotting or tracking that counts, it's both assisted damage and damage you cause yourself combined. So while it does require bit more effort, it's a lot more doable than getting 2k assist in 15 games (unless you only play low tiers, but if you want to get a tier 6 premium tank, I feel you should be willing to play some tier 6 or above vehicles to get there. At those tiers it's not that gargantuan effort to do).

Last night i had a 5k combined (4k damage) in the tier 6 Italian TD. A guy on the enemy teM messaged me and said "lucky trash" lmao why are people sooooo salty and childish over a video game

Nowadays there are far too many battles of newbies sitting back waiting for enemy tanks to come to them, regardless of the tank they use. Soon enough they get overwhelmed and lose, complaining that the game is rigged. As for that T7 TD in a small city map T5 battle, that in itself is a very rare occasion. The only tank that could have countered it was the KV3 who didn't.

I sell mine,not enough battles tier 5-7 these days.

btw t28 htc has over average hp for a tier 7 tank destroyer. I was on your stream the day the Japanese tds released and you said that 140 alpha and 150 standard pen were awful for the tier 5 td. That is better standard pen than most tier 6 mediums. If you are going to make mid tier videos and talk about stats, at least know what is average, great, and bad.

Pretty Lucky, because you get noob enemy, if the KV3 and his friends notice you ar alone on the flank and rush you they could win.. instead the KV3 run away :))

You can't, it's gone for good. You can ONLY get it through the personal missions and you can ONLY do those once. If you're foolish enough to sell or trade the vehicle, that's it. Gone for good.
