I've struggled to get back into this, never had mates interested in it. Played 1 quite a bit maybe I need to look for these sherpas 😅

Wait a second can I get all the expansions besides the last one for free if I am on Xbox ? I always wanted to play destiny, but i I heard the game wasn't really "free to play," because the mojarty of good content was behind a buy wall

You can play them for the next couple of weeks but then you will lose access

@GeekyPastimes OK, thank u for the clarification I also enjoy and agree with many of your thoughts about gaming in general.

GP, I'm so surprised that this was the game you were promoting when I say the thumbnail! I was a HUGE fan of both Destiny games and at the time had a load of friends that also played. I loved the daily/weekly challenges and waiting to see what Xur would bring to the shop each week. My biggest problem was the cost of all the expansions. $15 a time wasn't alot, but I always seemed to be behind on them (which if 1 person in the group was missing something it kept all from playing the new stuff) and assumed after being away for several years that I wouldn't want to shill out the cash to get caught up. So are you saying they would be free now? COD honestly has spoiled me with all the free updates after the initial $60 purchase price.

they're free to play now, but I don't think you get to keep them. Not sure if you'd keep the stasis/strand subclasses if you unlock them now but then lose access to the expansions?

They announced that the campaigns for Shadowkeep and Beyond Light along with the Stasis subclass will remain available to all players at no additional cost when final shape drops.
