nah, they starting adding things like dlcs since 2007, i remember my 1st dlc ever for any game [ it was MW2 back around 2010 which splitted playerbase ] and its downhill from this time IMO, ofc we got great games since 2010 but industry went in wrong direction for sure

somewhat agree. I can take back from 2000-2009. Also, players in our era we were gamers for sure. We love a challenge and play with the boys. Players now will like to pay to win and mute their mics and play solo. Gaming today isn't fun anymore. Gamers and games sucks now in days.

I've been sniping with the Intervention on Shipment and when I'm doing good my game lags and forces shots that are center mass to miss. But then I get killed and start shredding, I'm not even hitting my targets anymore the game is just giving me kills.

The graphics and the gun animation are god tier. The gameplay itself isnt fun at all tho. I quit after season 1 and I cant return, even when I try. It just isnt fun, its just a pool of sweat

There's this weird thing that happens that I'm sure someone here must have experienced. Every time I die and spawn, there's a moment when I aim and shoot the operator momentarily resets its aim-down animation and recenters again. I don't know how to describe it, but whenever this does happen it affects the gunfights because this little nuance makes the first couple of shots a hip-fire before going back to aim-down shots.

I really don't recognize cod anymore it's not the same when I was a kid. I remember a time where literally the FIRST thing I would do after getting home from school I would hop on my Xbox 360 and play black ops 1 all the way until bedtime (11:00 PM) but now whenever I play any of the "next gen" cods I'm on it for 10 minutes then I can't stand it. Really is, base game is much much better than Vanguard (even with all the content in that game you can't make me play that crossover infested "WW2" shooter). Its just how they treated the game that makes it look bad, and I can't argue, content drip and blatant focus on bundles/battle pass crap is really in full force. Its also shocking Warzone 2 isn't getting anything better anyways considering how they rug pulled MW:19's MP when Warzone 1 got the spotlight. Really crappy situation for how they supported this game, but man it sucks since the first season was actually pretty good. Forgot to mention, out of all of this honestly Ground War/Invasion players like myself aren't too shabby off, we went from 5 launch maps to now 9. Sure its less work since its just cutoff points from Al Mazrah, but hey there's that.

How to slide cancel: turn aside for 5 degrees, slide, turn on the other side for 10 degrees, slide, turn, slide, and when you get close to an enemy, jump behind, quickly turn around and take an enemy down. If you jump instead of sliding, your chance of dying will be significantly lower 😊❤.

The Winnie the poo meme was actually making fun of people trying to use advanced movement in MW2. It's a disadvantage, but people still think it helps them. Ya, jumping or sliding around a corner is an option. The game penalizes you by not letting you shoot until the animation has stopped and the gun animation is back. That's about a second where the guy holding the corner can readjust his aim and shoot before you even get to pull your gun up. It's very inefficient movement, unlike in MW2019 where you would gain an advantage. Players are really holding themselves back by doing this, but are unable to stray away from traditional CoD strategy and adopt a more boring strategy, thus the meme paints them as dumb. Personally, I'm a firm believer in people playing however they want. In my own experience, a jumping or sliding guy will beat me every once in a blue moon. It's also pretty funny to watch people do the movement equivalent of reloading an LMG. It's far more likely that a player coming behind the hopping or sliding guy will get the kill. If you play like this, try just waiting for a hopper/slider teammate to peak then cherry-pick the kill. It's crazy how well it works.

The stealth kill animation wasn't ended because he was too far, but because the character model is still being rendered real-time, and it reached outside of the window's ledge, causing the stealth kill animation to cancel... despite it showing the victim being fatally shot twice. Damage isn't given until the very end of the animation. :|

Its bullshit that you have to pay 20 bucks for a pretuned gun with good stats that they will eventually nerf

If I die to packet burst one more time on this game my sanity will be gone. In the past 2 or 3 weeks I just have packet burst happening in pretty much every game at the worst possible times. ADS at someone? Packet burst. 1v4 in SND? Packet burst. Yesterday it wasn't too bad, only happened a handful of times and magically my games were a lot more fun.

That AC Diamond in the beginning be hittin different

I'm pretty sure they do it for two more reasons, leading to even gunsthat aren't strict with their naming being called [random letters and words, number of bullet caliber] They can change details about the gun for "balancing" without inaccurately depicting a real firearm They 'dont want to encourage gun violence in real life' (even though it's been proven countless times that video games do not encourage real violence)

Conquest would be boring as hell with current CoD engine that doesn't support any destruction in the multiplayer. CoD's vehicles are garbage too.

3:24 - I know, it sounds crazy, but what if people stopped sweating for like a second and accept that, maybe, playing in a lower skill bracket is more fun? Using every single possible bit to get even slightest advantage will only make you suffer. if you stopped sweating then you'll eventually get in a lobby where you wipe the absolute floor with everyone which just shoots you right back into the CDL finals lobbies and i'm not about to purposely nerf myself just to have fun in the game, the fact i even feel like i have to purposely play worse just to have fun or else the matchmaking will fuck me in a bad way for daring to just be good at the game shows just how bullshit Strict SBMM in Non-Ranked matches is. It's not a good solution to just play worse on purpose and the only solution is for SBMM to be heavily toned down.

I agree.i bought mw2 at a discount 2 weeks ago just for the campaign.i tried multiplayer, started hating it but now i am getting a lot better at it.co-op is god tier especially the raids,other co-op missions are very fun too.dmz is 10000 times better than battlefield's hazard zone.weapons weapon attachments and tuning put bf2042 to shame easily.gun sounds ate amazing.the only thing that pisses me off is that snipers one shot kill you without headshots.killstreaks are annoying but not as annoying as a transport heli with 2 repairmen and a sweatlord with 40mm pods.cheating is a problem though.the killcam of mw2 is amazing...battlefield needs one badly and spectating also.this is the first cod i have bought since the original mw2 because back then i became a bfbc2 player and never turned back.in my opinion mw2 is superior in every way to bf2042...bf is better as a franchise though

agree but I dont see many people using the pay to win skins that you get somehting for free if you eqipi it.

I didn’t buy mw2. I played wz2 once and then didn’t play it again until a day or two ago when my brother wanted to play with me. I may play the next cod but that depends. As long as it’s not a mw2022 clone I will probably buy. I wont buy in the first month but I’ll get it eventually

What sold me on the black so it was that you got your points back if you already bought the battle pass, plus got an additional 1100.

Honestly this is one of my chill games up with l4d2. I play cause it makes me feel relaxed.

I love you using GTA III theme, It's perfect.

Roller Coaster Tycoon 3 music, I like it.

I like how he makes fun of nowday cods and trying to find clips and memes to prove that MW II is garbage, though Battlefield had a worse launch and unpolished gameplay, and he still gives Battlefield a chance. You can clearly see that he is a Battlefield fan. Let's be honest... you hardly find good developers in general nowdays, that aren't trying to make tons of money, just focusing on making the game fun. Welcome to gaming in 2023

I still kinda get his point. As a BF fan I was really angry how bad 2042 came out, I've literally built a new PC to play this game. 2042 is still one of the worst BF games ever, even after it was seriously patched and reworked. But you can finally get some good old Battlefield fun playing it today. That's the difference. 2042 flopped at launch and took a turn to became a much better game than it was. MW2 did the opposite, it looks like Activision simply ditched it when Warzone 2 launched. The game is boring, has little new content despite what was promissed. Damn I really miss 2011/2012 when I just used to play the shit out of MW3/BF3 at once. Great times.

I don't really care about cheaters (I've never seen one) or the p2w dmz advantages, I'm not trying to sweat my ass off on that game, I'm just trying to enjoy it.

Not the devs by the way, its the publishers who ruin it because their business model is around making as much money as possible with games that used to make a ton of money by being actually good. Look at battlefield for example. Or overwatch is a good one. used to be able to get lootboxes for free by just playing, they said "here is overwatch 2" changed nothing and now you gotta pay for any skin you like. No more lootboxes for free. Its all about the money and the devs get crunched to absolute fat burnouts constantly to meet publishers releasedates. When was the last game that came out who had a beta, then changed stuff around and actually became better instead of having a beta, changing absolutely nothing and then release in an unplayable broken state?

All the bundles do is give your insured weapon back faster? It shouldn’t give you be benefits in the first place but I don’t understand why having a fourth of the lobby using it be an issue?

@@Marcos-eg9lt They also give you a 2 plate/medium backpack/self revive and will soon give you free UAVs every round, making Ashika Island unplayable They also give you more slots for gear and items

@@EnderBoy9217 You can still get those very easily in less then one round. Not making it "unplayable" but still annoying and for the uav I think its for the first 50 seconds so pretty useless .

Say all you want about COD4, but veterans mode on Mile High Club is something else. I remember shooting through all of those enemies after all of those retries. The small time limit was running out to around 5 seconds. I got to the enemy holding the hostage and tried to cap him, but he held the hostage in front of his head. I decided the foot was better and shot it, but Infinity Ward thought it would be a silly idea to fail the mission for me and say "only true veterans go for the head", then made me restart the whole thing. I've never cried harder in my life at a mission fail.

The DLC list of this game is longer than my entire Steam game library...

I've been in the very top percentile on most older cods that I actually could endure to play but I can really feel myself and the game getting old, I could try to keep up and start bunny hopping, dropshoting, etc. but I just do not have the motivation to do it, yet I still am on top the match leaderboard 99% of the time (enemies and my team included), but just, I just wanna play a game man, not compete where there is nothing to achieve/get, but maybe I am just getting too old.

I’ve been playing a lot of Battlebit Remastered on Steam lately. They are doing weekly play tests on Saturday mornings, it’s supposed to be coming to Early Access soon. I think that it has the best of both Battlefield and COD, along with quality of life improvements that we have never had in those games as well…minus literally ALL of the graphics (but who gives af about graphics in multiplayer FPS?)

0:56 I would play this 6v6 map. I feel like the strat here would be some people go riot shield and the others either AR/LMGs with an RPG mixed into it as well. The point isn't to stay alive but to mitigate how much loss your team takes over the course of the round. Best strat wins. 10/10 gameplay I would believe.
