Even the animation looked the same. The housing system was pretty generic especially with the grid so to me even though the game probably tried to copy that too it really didn't look like it was from genshin, in fact I've definitely seen that housing system in other games.

I played the game after seeing this yt vid to see how the game is, and noticed a lot of copies from 11 different games especially the graphics design, animation,quest system and housing system. The reason why most liked the game knowing it was a copy from different games was only one thing. That's is... It runs on low end devices, yes that's the reason. Most cant really run genshin and honkai impact without having 4 or more gb ram so knowing that they can run legends of Neverland in 2gb ram devices gave the company a huge amount of players which made them sky rocket from the most downloaded game. So ye I guess that's that I guess,if you have questions you can ask me :D

Botw and genshin do not share a storyline, mechanics or characters. whereas Neverland is literally the same but with a slightly different artstyle. they even stole Gi's character voice line which is a lawsuit incoming.

bruh it kinda sucks being a botw fan because if i say something about botw to someone(not everyone though some people are fair) who plays genshin impact they will always try to start lecturing me about how genshin impact has no simularities even if all i say is that i like botw. i dont hate genshin at all even though i do find it a bit irritating that it has more recognition than botw and also people saying that botw sucks compared to it (which i dont wanna start any drama but i think in my opinion botw is way better and to me genshin impact sometimes just feels like a giant chore list) but then theres an actual copy of a game and people just mostly shrug it off instead of genshin impact and botw starting a wjole comment war. (also I do play genshin a bit and do enjoy it, I personally enjoy botw better although there are a lot of things about genshin that I feel are better.)

its all good. Genshin Impact is still better and if others copy it, that means Mihoyo did a good job at creating a fantastic game.

That is a good point. Genshin raised the bar on Gacha games and showed how you can combine gacha with open world MMO. Before Genshin all the Gacha games were copying each other, but they all followed the same strict formula. Raid and Summoners war are exactly the same just with very different art styles.

@@cataligpo "inspiring" and "copying" are 2 different things. I don't see much similarities between these 2 games. Neverland is strait up a rip off. So many Animations are just ripped out and even Barbs voice got stolen

The most noticeable of these were the event menu, wishing system, barbara's burst and her voice. The rest just looks like a weird remake but still very similar.

I bet they didnt even hire barbara va and just recorded some genshin audio... Its not ok to display someones voice like that without permission. Genshin should totally sue this game, honestly... Their monstadt looks like Disneyland thougu

Feels like they intentionally copied barbara's voice to get genshin impact players triggered and build up its own fame as a copycat like mobile legends which all worked fine for the company in the end, so is this a strategical advertisement? Pretty sure it is otherwise they wouldn't just make it kinda obvious like that.

I will be honest I play LOL and ML, but since playing in phone is much more convenient and accessible, I play ML more. When the LOL Wild Rift was announced I was really excited since this is how LOL is going to rival ML. But I AM SO SORRY! I love LOL okay? Its just that, since I played ML for a very long time I became so used to its mechanics and controls. When I tried LOL I was so excited, but the controls is too awkward for me. I just feels something is not right. No discrimination, I love both games. But I can’t play LOL Wild Rift cuz I am too used to the controls of ML. :(

@@yololoyo7379 sad but true. A lot of asians mostly focus on the the convenience of things since its really busy, especially when the people they are targeting is students. Its a well known fact that asian parents are a bit more strict when it comes to education that being said gaming industry has a bit of a problem because of that. Mobile games are more popular because of the accessibility of it for students and its easier to hide in when your parents are checking you out of you’re really studying or not😂
