to answer your question absolutly yes just server hop until you spawn close the fotd get supps check the fort go back to the outpost and portal hop check fotd and if it has the lights just go to a outpost to buy skulls form larinna

"Why are they all laggy" - Well that ping says it all :P (You were probably on a european server and you all sounded American) - My ping on american servers 90-190 (depending on were in the U.S) and yea others lag for me as well haha
