Command shift 3 for the entire screen Command shift 4 for a portion of the screen adding control saves it straight to the clipboard. Command control shift 3 or 4.

I didn't know the software at all, and I was simply amazed. I work a lot on Mac and I miss a lot of features on Windows, and here they are available and sometimes even more practical. I have nothing to say, thank you very much for the discovery.

Power Rename is absolute clutch. I design album covers and I have an automated export to crete a wide arrange of files with the end of the name and I use it to insert the title of the project automatically to all of them. It's the best one out of all of them

00:28 I was a little surprised to hear this part as I thought you could do this on Mac. And, after opening a few windows of Safari, it turns out you can. In order to do that, you just need to press harder on the trackpad. Well, it’s not done by hovering, but by pressing on the icon; it’s still possible nonetheless, but just in a different way. Other than that, this video is really helpful. Though I don’t think the title of claiming to make Windows more like macOS is justified as it feels like half the video focuses on window management. 🙃 My partner uses Windows and I’m trying to find things he would miss with macOS. 😄

Surprising that Force Click is implemented there! I either swipe down with 3/4 fingers for the same Exposé, or press Cmd+` (I rebind it to Option+Tab) to switch between individual windows.

@@XeZrunner Oh, that's interesting! Since switching from Windows to Mac, I've been trying to be open minded regarding news ways to use my devices. And, to be honest, I often just use the trackpad or mouse, which is a shame. 😄 For switching to other windows I generally swipe up with three fingers. Though I don't know if that has a name (ah, looking up the setting via "hot corners" in settings I found it's called "Mission Control"). I've been using Mac since 2017 and am still learning because of nice comments like yours and videos like this by Bog. 😀

That's a macOS feature I accidentally toggled (I was running windows in a virtual machine on mac). You can use a tool called ZoomIt by Sysinternals if you want to zoom into your screen on Windows.

Better make MacOS more like Windows

not much, I use power toys for like 1/2 years and I never had any performance issues and I never saw it taking much on the taskmgr. I have a big pc tho

i dont get it... the windows search bar always brings me to exactly what im looking for... all you have to do is disable MS queries by redirecting them w/ the host file... VIOLA!

the windows search bar does work but its annoying: basically it priorities web searches over drive search(if u press enter fast it will search the web and open edge🤢🤢) , it only works with one browser (edge) and you cant change it , it looks stright ugly like wtf, and its very slow (this problem is with the intire OS not just the search). but i still use it and will not use 3rd party searches cuz i need that 0.000001 ram my pc might lag wout/ it😨😨😨😨😨😨😨

⁠ feel like you are a macOS user just trying to make yourself better. First of all pretty much everyone who has used windows once would use the snap if they move to Mac they would download a third party program to do it, macOS is pretty much the only one that doesn’t snap without programs.
