    I was at a local Craft/Vendor show this weekend and saw a Scentsy dealer selling new Scentsy Buddies for $25. I took a deep breath and in my bestest Hairy Tornado voice I said 'Would you take $60 for all three?' ..held my breath and she said, 'sure let me get you a bag' :) Thank you for your videos !

    There’s a product called Zipper Mend. What they are is replacement pull tabs for zippers. Super easy to cut the old pulls off and put new ones on. You can then market your golf bag as having no issues and sell for more.

    For the health and beauty stuff if there's no expiration date there's usually a "period-after-open" symbol or PAO, which tells how long it's good for after it's opened (ex: 12M=12 months)

  • @thehouseholdceo8127
    @thehouseholdceo81272 жыл бұрын

    Josh a tip on makeup or beauty products if by chance it is opened or used.. there is a little “jar” on the packaging with a number in it. That’s how many months after it is opened it is good for before it’s expired. Thought I’d share! Probably safest to just not buy opened lol you probably won’t know when it was opened

    Hi Josh - I have a vintage Singer Featherweight sewing machine and the same box of attachments. The attachments fit onto the presser foot and some onto the metal base plate under the presser foot area. The attachments should be identified in the booklet to help you list them and make sure they are all there. Also check to see if the threaded tightening screw(s) are all accounted for or provide individual attachment photos so buyers can tell.

    If it has the ruffle attachment, that one alone is worth more than you paid for the group. If you part them out the buyer would likely need a scan or printout of the instructions.

    HI! I love your channel and your positive energy! As a beauty enthusiast, I wanted to share some beauty love. Firstly, you picked up some great finds. Moroccan Oil is one of my favorites! Most beauty products have a small symbol (usually a jar with an open lid) and a number. So if there is a '12' next to the jar, this means that the product is 'good' for 12 months past opening. You'll find this often on skin care and other liquid/cream beauty products. So it is important those products are sealed and untouched. They all have manufacturing codes, and some of them you can determine when they are made. Products with fresh or active ingredients often have expiration dates. I hope this helps! Happy thrifting!

    I know you didn't buy them but I loved the cartoon glasses at the first booth. I showed those to my kids because they always ask me what kind of toys I got as a kid with fast food or cereal boxes. We would get glasses like those at Taco Bell and McD's in the 70's & 80's and they were always nice thick glassware! Great video and finds Josh!

    For the singer sewing machine parts, it may be more profitable to sell them individually if you're okay with them sitting for a bit waiting for the right buyer. They should have part numbers you can look up to determine value. You'll probably get a quicker sale if you list the part numbers whether you go individual or lot.

    Most makeup that's sealed has a pretty good shelf life, but if you're buying used perfume or any used skincare products, there's an open cream container on the back of the package that has the number of months that it can safely be used after opening.
