I have heard about the red Heifer prophecy, which should have been sacrificed 6 days ago but no one is talking about it any more? Did the izraelis cover that up as well or hasn't it really happened? As an Orthodox Christian with an open mind and heart, I'm puzzled and I'm seeking answers from you Muslim brothers. (Also because I'm reading the Qur'an for the first time and I'm currently in Surah Al-Baqarah Ayat 135, and didn't Allah command them through Moses peace be upon him to sacrifice a YELLOW HEIFER? Did the Jews understand everything wrong or am I not getting the right context?)

Set for April 22. The story in surah al-Baqarah is about a man who was "unalived" and there was disagreement about who did it. God commanded Moses' followers to sacrifice a cow, and to strike the unalived man with a piece from the cow, as a miracle showing how God brings brings life from death. Any old cow would do, but they mocked God and Moses by insisting on asking "what kind of cow?" "how old?" "what color?" etc. The requirements became so specific that only one particular cow (owned by a particular boy) fit the description, so they finally bought it and did as they were commanded... reluctantly. The man rose from the dead and revealed who committed the crime, then dropped dead again. In short their prophecies are rubbish, unrelated to the story in the Quran but ironically reflects their stubbornness and mockery of God. Keep up the fine work, and don't be afraid to go to your local mosque to ask questions. They will welcome you and gladly answer your questions, whether you're muslim or not. There is no such thing as chosen people, only people who choose.

Have you not seen red associated with devil. Red is symbolic of blood . The blood of Adam that devil corrupted with his own so that he can flow in the veins of humans along with their blood. So the red heifer. There is no mention of any red heifer in any holy books. Infact when moses came down with tohrah the sinful people had made a golden heifer to worship.
