I saw a lot of house tour and i can say isa ito sa na pa-wow ako sa design. Simple, minimalist, and cozy. Me and my kid can use a unit like this. Great use of space, no space is wasted.

very nice, I like it! may pinapagawa din ako sa province, two small lofts sya, Tiny house inspired. so far malapit na ako sa 500k, pero konting kembot nalang, accessory nalang and paint.sana ma featured din sa OG, soon. lol

I super love the color pallete matte to glossy black, white, and functionality of a minimalist theme... nothing is too much, livable spaces. As year may passed di cya malulumang tignan, parang bago pa rin cya. I will take note of this design and theme in my future reference...
1.7M and 56 sqm = about 30k / sq which is not bad kasi mukhang elegant na yung finish nya. I just wonder if yun na talaga ang total project cost kasi pag ganyan na ichura at least 40-45k siguro dapat. 30k/sqm these days pang-standard finish na lang. Also would be good to know if there was a contractor o nagpakyawan ba ng labor just to manage expectations ng mga gustong magpagawa.

Salamat po sa mga comments.. will take it as a motivation to improve and make it more better to my other I.D. projects. For now we can say it a combination of a classic and a believer of minimalism. 1.450m nga yung bahay namin nakaabang lang yung 2nd floor 54sqm
Kung sana lng mura ang lupa sa boracay makapagpatayo sana ako ng ganito.

Basahin mo po comment ng house owner sa ibaba, sabi niya "layout, concepts, themes, and interior design by yours truly". HIndi po lahat ng mga magagandang bahay ay gawa ng architect agad, mr. general "engineer" ph🤦♂

Una, sa construction Architect Ang gagawa Ng design kase as per building code at pang building permits Arki Ang gagawa Ng kabuuang design gets mo? Pangalawa, Interior designer mag reference Yan sa architeural design na sign and sealed Ng architect kaya gets mo? Sabi ko associate Diba.
Jusko kahit ganyan lang bahay ko ok na sakin haha.
Mahirap imentain ang dark colors na tiles kapag may tubig. Masyadong halata yung mga water stains niya kapag tumagal.
Sarap nmn mgng succesful. Sayang huli na para saken 😔
