I'd absolutely recommend a dual motor. I live in a hilly area. In fact, the road that runs in front of my house would fit into San Francisco. I have two 750w nominal motors, a single 30ah battery. I haven't run it dead yet, but I have gone 43 miles and still had one bar. Granted, I don't go full speed. I run a mix of PA 1 & 2 with short bursts of 5 for safety with a mix of one and two wheel drive. My bike is heavy, all steel frame full suspension and mag wheels. I have taken full speed with two wheels, but honestly, I don't recall my max speed around 32 mph, I think. I'm not mentioning brand and all to be respectful of the channel, but I think the bike reviewed would be pretty darn close and has some nice features mine doesn't. I would say this bike would make anyone who lives in an area like mine very happy.
Great review very forward love this ebike
I am digging this thing ..especially the paces you put it thru ..... That thing chews up everything in its way and just spits it out. That thing is a lil pricey but you do get alot .... I am looking to pick up something new and this one could be a contender ..... I am with someone below who talked about customer support ...in case something goes south ... Updates? I'm curious, can you actually get a good workout in at lowest setting while pedaling? And how fast do you go while on lowest speed and pedaling. I'm trying to find a bike that has good speed, all terrain, but also gets me a good workout when I want to.

Very cool.. Hopefully the production bike even bests this one top speed.
Yes I seen the new production model has 750w and 1000w and dual 20ah batteries. That is impressive considering how good the non production version did.
I keep imagining Elliot (+ E.T. in the basket) doing that moonshot scene in the movie on of of these. "E.T. bring home".
Awesome bike, would like the look of a top tube, this still in pre order? Honestly most ppl that have these types of ebikes do virtually zero pedaling, I don't on my motercycle style e-bike, it's an easy and less expensive way get around town and have fun on! And we don't need to worry about legal aspects of a traditional moped, scooter. I freaking love both my ebikes, and shopping for one more.
This and the Fucare Gemini X are nice options!

Looks like competition for the Ariel Rider Grizzly. Is top performance mode locked out, when you get the bike, or is it enabled out of the box? Some manufacturers want you to punch in a special code, or phone them, to access full performance.

Amazing power. Where I live the law states pedal assist only and 250 watt motor power (dull I know) but there are a few bikes around with throttle. One example of the positive to this was a group of retirees that don't have the leg power of a trained athlete that need to get across a multi laned intersection quickly for their safety. Pushing the throttle lever gave them peace of mind to easily make it and after that they could plod along with pedal assist for exercise and enjoy their daily trip to the ice cream shop. This group I mention were all about 70 years old and still loving life. The ebikes gave them the ability to get out and do something they wouldn't normally be able to do. Inspirational stuff.

My G-Force T42, 48V 20AH 1100Wpeak folder can get a 25AH rackbag battery and a 36V500W front hub motor, making a 45AH 45mph folder, for under $2000. Always taking care to 'air pedal' past cops, of course... LOL

What's the name of this electric bike, and how does it match up with other bikes ( Scootstar, Monday Motorbikes, and the ONYX ) ?
Is this cadence pedal sensor or torque pedal sensor?
Interesting observation, probably doesn't translate to Ebikes but on an ice engine in a car contrary popular assumption, if in the right gears, getting to speed faster uses less gas for the total trip than easing into speed, there's "throttle losses" associated with restricting fuel delivery Then the car is most efficient at speed, so the longer you're there the better gas millage more than compensation for the fuel used getting to speed Also counteractive, going up and down hills hill uses less gas than going straight, the reason there, ice engines are more efficient under load than with no load, even though you burn more gas going up a hill you reap positive dividends coasting down Thsse details are probably reversed with electric motors, but I don't know, would be interesting finding out
I'd classify this as an e-moped, instead of ebike. It goes well above Class 3 ebike category.
I'd love to see a range test on this bike.
Thanks for the video, your opinion what is the best moped e-bike? Thanks

Did I miss seat height? Mfg page says 33.4 in which I simply do not believe. Looks closer to 37 in. You didn't happen to measure it, did you? Definitely a tall seat - you just barely stand over it and you're like what? 6'6"? Can anybody verify this 33.4" seat height? The seat is easily 9" or more above the rear wheel (about 2-3" more than it NEEDED to be, since there is more clearance than that with rear suspension fully compressed. Rear battery is pretty low capacity (15Ah is NOTHING) when most slide-in rear-rack batts are 20-24Ah capacity and no bigger in size, so that was a design error. Trying to reach the mfg but they have very LIMITED HOURS of online sales/support so that's not a great sign either - almost as bad as the Nutt brakes with the 120g OVERHEAT-PRONE "death rotors" other companies have tried and ditched - what a nightmare those will be on such a heavy bike. But it's CHEAP ENOUGH that I'll try one or two, IF that seat height is TRULY 33.4 inches...
Interesting. I like the setup, but wondering how they can legally sell it when another company owns the name?
Which is better, this or the Rundeer Attack10?
I'm hoping you get your hands on a Fabulous Havoc X2 dual 750 watt.. Would be nice to hear your thoughts on the weight at overall comparison to that bike and this one.. I just don't want to be the first one to get a Havoc X2 US spec version.😂 60V is nice to have also.. That pig Bandit does have some cool features for assist.. Will be even better with that 750 up front
Can you make both battery 20amps. Same power
Can the pro take the seat of the lite =seat swap?
Are these electric bikes better than the Scootstar Rockstar, the Onyx, Monday Motorbikes, etc. Based on its miles, mph, and range.
This is not the public version which will be a bit faster.. I hope people keep that in mind.. It's a prototype and not what you get.. People seem to ignore that part when I see comments. There will be more reviews and talk after the bike gets into production. I'm sure it will go close to 40 mph .
Can u do a test of full range on a $2k ebike please?
can we safely saey it's gud for werkoutes ?
now is more ebike on the road ,on side walk, soon it may needs to have License Plate 😄
Hi i'm 6'6" will I fit on this bike...Thanks
This bike is shorter than many, and without folding it may actually behave for loading into an RV. Maybe. Today a question comes to mind: Having a geared drive up front, when the motor is off it adds resistance by all the gear and bearing friction. So I'm thinking the way to go up front is direct drive. I predict this will become the norm for a few makers who really get the reasoning. If price is competitive, and Bandit will fit in the RV, I call it a smart buy.
