So the government of Oregon has the lord on speed dial when to rain or not. And who would be at fault if there was a drought???
They just want factory farms and the small farmers land.
You get the government you deserve
This is not going to encourage counties to remain with Oregon instead of joining Idaho.
Water rights. No one has the right to use or misuse water rights of another. Decades old regulations. Nothing new. Protect water rights. Not everyone can be a market farmer or any other type of 'farmer' anymore than choosing to become anything else that does not align with the rules/regulations.
